Mahindra Unnati Motors

2 months ago I have purchased Bolero neo N 10 from Unnati motors, Viman Nagar pune. Here I'm to share the feedback.

I met sales person Mr Hanumanth there and from start to delivery he was there for all support. I have got extremely wonderful support from him and the showroom. After booking the car, he delivered it well before the committed time. I had a loan issue also but he managed to resolve the issue in just 1 day of time and saved my time and money.
I exchange my old car to them and in the entire pune, only unnati people gave me best price of my old car. Not even other mahindra showroom as I visited 3 or 4 showroom already. The process was extremely smooth from booking to delivery.
One more person, Mr Navnath also was there to help me for any technical, rto and other issues. They provide support even after delivery. Now my cars first servising is completed and no issues with the car. Mahindra bolero neo N 10 is the best SUV in the market I can say in below 14 lakh budget.
If you are planning for mahindra car, don't hesitate to go there. I'm happy with my N 10.
Last words, before the deal, they gave me few promises verbally. Like not in writings. They fulfilled all. 🙏🙏🙏

Oh..... What a experience, seriously I am X -Mahindra employee. It's my misperception that our sales /after sales /dealers can improve. But Team Mahindra made incorrect and I am really happy with fabulous experience. Log kah the the tractor bechne wale nahi change honge, but I M really proud of team Mahindra they made it possible. Highlights
Ac waiting long with big see Tv, good sofa, Tea/ coffee / cold drinks/water bottles, etc.
The staff were very polite and focused on hood service.
The vehicle was ready for delivery with appropriate pooja and everything was perfectly lined up.
We all are very happy and we will do Aardas to Waheguru one day our brand Mahindra will go up and lead in world automotive sector

Very easy to locate as this is on main road. So far I have done Test Drive. Their front office is very active and responsive. asked for test drive of XUV 700 and Scorpio N and got at doorstep. Such serious they are towards customer. This was my first experience interacting with mahindra and found it to be better. Thanks to CRM and Suresh Sir for providing me test drive and that too twice, everytime with smiling face.

Awesome experience and great customer care... that's what Unnati stands for. They made our whole buyers journey so engaging and exciting, and the sales rep Jagdish was always promt & helpful. Also helped us save costs where it mattered. The vehicle delivery was on time as committed, and the whole process was handled brilliantly. Car was fitted with accessories and decked up for the grand day. Keep it up, Unnati Motors.. many smiles for miles to go!

We had a great experience with Mr.Danish Saikh at Unnati motors viman nagar while purchasing our Thar. I'm writing this to share my excellent experience with sales consultant Mr. Harshal Jagtap and delivery consultant MR. Vijay Surana at Unnati Mahindra Viman Nagar.
My experience started with Unnati Mahindra Viman Nagar 2.5 months ago when I first visited the showroom to enquire about XUV300 AMT and was first attended by Mr. Harshal Jagtap.

Mr. Harshal Jagtap had clearly explained to me all features about the XUV300 AMT and provided me with a test drive which convinced me to book the XUV300 AMT W8 Optional variant.

Right from booking date to delivery date Mr. Harshal Jagtap and MR. Vijay Surana was constantly in touch with me and provided regular updates about probable car delivery dates.

Yesterday I got my car delivered and it was a very good and smooth delivery process.

Overall I am very much pleased with services offered by Unnati Mahindra Viman Nagar and especially sales consultant Mr. Harshal Jagtap and delivery consultant MR. Vijay Surana.

Great service by the dealership, quick acknowledgement and response to every query instantly. Staff is very well mannered and consider every customer equally important.

I was delivered my THAR LX today. I would take this opportunity to thank the staff of the Unnati Motors, Viman Nagar. Entire staff was very cooperative and polite throughout the process of booking our Thar till the day of delivery. Quick and fast delivery of my vehicle. Very good and Prompt executive @Danish from Unnati motors Pune. Solved all my queries from the point of booking till date. Handover of all the documentation and explaining the details of the vehicle was very nice. Cake cutting at the time of delivering the vehicle and giving me a surprise on my anniversary was just awesome.

Decided to buy a new car and went to so many showrooms but dint get proper response. Finally came to Unnati Motors Viman nagar. The staff was cordial and helpful. Meeting the sales consultant Rameshwaram by chance at my society has been wonderful experience as we welcome our XUV700. The entire sales experience was great and Rameshwaram is the most polite & patient sales person we have met. He handled all queries pre & post sales patiently.
Though had hiccups with the General Manager when opting for own insurance, there is nothing much to complaint.
I am hoping for a good service experience at Unnati motors

Tejal mam helped in very good way for delivery of my xuv700 and overall experience is also good in this showroom. Nishat sir explained me all the features of vehicles in very detailed way and also helped me in quick delivery of XUV 700.

The staff is very polite and intelligent,they know almost every about the vehicle.
