We had asked for an appointment with the senior hairdresser, Imran, that I have been going to for 7+ years whenever I visit Pune. Unfortunately, Imran was booked for the entire day. At 2:00 PM, we were getting some ice cream in the area and I thought of checking if he could squeeze us into his schedule.

When we arrived at H2O, we were told that he was on his lunch break and that we could try coming back at 3:00 PM, when Imran himself came out. He said that he could cut my hair straight away. I showed him a picture of one of my previous haircuts for context.

While he cut my hair, he made the entire time very relaxing by having a conversation with me. After my hair was cut, he gave me a hair wash. He added a few more final details and showed it to my parents making sure it was short enough. Finally, I usually get some hair gel, so I asked him if he could style my hair, and he went above and beyond by getting hair spray and gel and adding slight stylish indents to my hair. Amazing job Imran!!!

Ms. Janet is a gem of a person, and the entire staff of H2O made us feel like a celebrity and pampered us, plus they are true professionals May it be eyebrows, or hair. I was really happy with the entire staff and the experience. Especially the hospitality given to us by Ms. Janet, we will come back very soon.

H2O is a reputable salon & it was my first time there for a haircut.
Sunita the sr. Stylist had a wonderful job and cut my hair to my satisfaction !! Happy about the service , lil expensive but Sunita is worth it !

Choosing a good Salon in Pune was a task for knowing the person I am, I hail from Mumbai and there too i got hooked to a Salon after trying many options..H2O was it for me in Pune, highly professional and advanced services, I am way too particular and hence ended up giving them 5 star of the services.
