At the outset, I would like to thank you for the wonderful car that has been delivered to me. The experience has been seamless and I wanted to mention a special appreciation for Mr. Pramod who has been available all the time and has shared his experience and minutes of details with me every time.
During our first visit, we met Mr. Suraj and at no point, I felt that he was not responsible for retail sales. His experience and attention to detail were accurate and answered all the stupid questions that I had. Later on, Mr Pramod took over from booking time and our request for a test ride on the busy weekend was also attended to. His visit to our home for a test ride made all the difference as we were in two minds about whether to buy an XUV 700 or a TATA Harrier. He explained the details and also shared a comparison with us.
Mr. Promod's periodic updates helped us. I booked the car on 3rd March 2024 and he ensured that we got it delivered on 16th March 2024. His updates, feedback from booking till delivery, and also post-delivery are worthy of appreciation.
The car is great, just that the app is a bit buggy but hopefully, that will improve over the next few months and this is not connected to any how-to dealership.

I was looking for a new cars and I did happen to visit Suzuki showrooms. I did like one of cars over there and thought of buying it. But when I discussed it with one of my friend, he suggested me to take a look into Tiago from Tata as it did fit into my budget. It provided me the satisfaction of safety, the build quality and amazing and it does not feel like car wrapped with tin sheet of metal.
I visited the showroom aa it is relatively nearest to my residence. I met a very good person, Saurabh, who showed the car that i was looking for, helped me get a test drive and he also helped me with all the process.
The overall experience has been quite good with all the employees over there. All the employees respect their customers. The follow up required to give timely update about the status of car is good. I am very satisfied with the customer handling.

Got the delivery of my car within 4 weeks 🥳🥳🥳 Expected delivery date was 25th September.
But when Priya mam noticed my wife's bday is on 24th September, she arranged everything and told me to take delivery on this special day. Showroom staff brought cake for my wife's bday celebration and that was the best surprise for my wife. She was shocked 🤩🤩 They managed the delivery of my tata nexon in very short period of time.
