She is an expert and professional in all kinds of dental treatments, especially RCT. I always feared visiting the dentist since childhood which is one of the reasons I kept delaying my dental problems from a very long time. Plus my past dental experiences were bad. I came across Dentalwiz through some patient reviews, but it wasn't until I spoke to an ex-colleague who suggested me to visit Dr. Shail once. I met Dr. Shail and Dr. Surabhi for my first consultation and explained them regarding my fear with dental treatment. They assured me that I will be in their safe hands.

I have started with root canals and my experience has been great so far. The excellent team of doctors (Dr. Shail, Dr. Ruchita, Dr. Prajakta and Dr. Surabhi) made me comfortable in every visit and were patient enough to understand my health concerns. Even their support staff is quite helpful. I still have a long way to go, but it's always a wonderful experience visiting Dentalwiz. Though their services maybe a bit costly but its really worth it when it comes to work perfection and the time they invest in each patient.

Dr. Shail, Dr. Surbhi, and Dr. Prajakta are all extremely patient and precise in everything they do. I've been treated by all three and they explained each step, offered multiple options, and helped me pick a solution that works best for me. I live in Bangalore but keep coming back to Dentalwiz in Pune for all dental work.

I have been visiting Dentalwiz for more than a year and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention I received here. Doctor Shail is undoubtedly one of the best dentists I have ever come across. And I am not exaggerating. I have dental phobia to the level that I start palpitating, shivering and have panic attacks the moment I enter a dental clinic. But I was fortunate enough to find her through some reference. She is incredibly compassionate and empathetic, taking the time to listen to my concerns and address them in a gentle and understanding manner. She made an efficient plan of treatment for my multiple issues which were RCT, Veneers, Smile design, Tooth Extraction, Dental Implants etc. The whole team of doctors here are detail oriented and work with the patients to develop a treatment plan that meets their individual needs.
She also does good counselling for highly apprehensive patients like me. The clinic is state-of-the-art, equipped with the latest technology to ensure a comfortable and efficient experience. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. I would also like to mention and thank other doctors here, esp Dr Prajakta, Dr. Surabhi, Dr. Madhavi and Dr Yash. They all have good dexterity and are trully exceptional. Overall, I highly recommend this gem of a person Dr Shail and the whole Dentalwiz team for their exceptional care and professionalism.

I had a severe infection and fracture of one of my premolar tooth. Being a medico, I naturally took a lot of opinions, but Dr. Shail madam’s approach I liked the best. She patiently explained all possibilities and gave an honest opinion. She performed root canal meticulously and saved my tooth. All her staff is extremely co-operative and helpful, especially Dr. Surbhi and Dr. Prajakta. I highly recommend her for all the microendodontical procedures.

Dr Shail was fantastic. I had limited time to get a re-root canal done and she ensured that it was done t the highest level in the limited amount of time. She did not rush the process, explained things clearly at every step, and was upfront and transparent about the different possibilities. Her bedside manner is fantastic, constantly checking to see if you're comfortable. There is no doubt that I will return to Dentalwiz for any other dental issues I might have in the future. I visited Dr. Shail Jaggi after consulting several other Dentists, none of whom would take up my case of a complicated and chronic tooth infection, with any significant level of confidence on recovery.
And thank God I came across Dr. Shail, because she has been a savior!
Right from day 1 and with no loss of time, my issue was understood in detail through appropriate scans and Dr. Shail gave her expert prognosis, which instilled confidence in me to proceed with the treatment. The explanation of the course of treatment was very clear.
Equipped with a state of the art facility and tremendous experience, Dr. Shail successfully completed my Microscopic Root Canal Treatment and my tooth was saved.
Since this was a complicated case to begin with, it took me several visits to complete the full course of my treatment. I also got other dental work done including fillings and cleaning.

Let me start with I got the best treatment I could ask for. I really appreciate the way doctor and whole team were able to accommodate my available days and time in their schedule. I got my almost 8 teeth treated from them, with 1 in a very bad rerootcanal situation . The way the I was explained about the tooth and treatment made me really confident. Even the way she treats the patients is like a great. I would 100 % recommend her for any type of treatmentsfurther.
