So, I've seen some negative chatter about this company, but honestly, my time with them has been smooth sailing for the past year and a half. Recently, I had to move back home, and they made the pickup a breeze, exactly as I asked.

Even when I moved around Bangalore a couple of times, they were super helpful, always sorting out replacements for my appliances whenever needed. Huge thanks to Mr. Jagdish for making the account closing and pickup hassle-free.

Honestly, using Furlenco was the smartest move when I returned to Bangalore. Took away all the headache of dealing with furniture. Big shoutout to Furlenco for their amazing service! Here's hoping others get the same great experience.

Recently moved to Hyderabad. And 1st time I ordered something like rent furniture. It doesn't feel like old, all looks like new and clean. They keep my request for quick delivery. Quickly installation. Always contact you over phone before delivery and after delivery for confirmation and satisfaction. Thank you furlenco.

I subscribed to the Furlenco UNLMTD for furniture and appliances for my flat at Hyderabad. Good quality and timely delivery. The officials and even the delivery team have been professional in response, meeting timeliness and action. I did have problem with few items which they replaced promptly, no questions asked. Worth 5 star rating.

Recently I had a call with Mr. Jagdish, my issue was not getting resolved for the past two weeks. I was in an anger rage and wanted to sell all the items in scrap as my pick up was not getting scheduled or wrong pick up team details were getting shared. Mr. Jagdish resolved my issue with utmost calmness and displayed behaviour of a true customer person. He personally resolved my issue big thanks and shout out to him.

If you are worried about the customer support or how this will be get done? Trust me renting stuff from furlenco is not just easy but they will help you to complete each and every procedure and even on the time of delivery I must say there are fast and it didn't even take much time for them to get done with it. The quality of the furniture is so good and I do personally love it and planning to go for the same in the future.

Just wanted to share my experience with furlenco app. In furlenco unlimited plan, There is an option to swap out a few products in first 4 days. Instead of swapping product, I returned a couple products by mistake.

After some 15-days, I tried adding these couple products and was not able to add directly from my app as plan was frozen by then.

Thanks a lot to customer support personnel like Mr. Jagdeesh , who helped me with getting the returned products back way past the deadline.

The 5 star rating is for Asif from delivery team and the entire crew who were very hardworking, honest and polite. The overall product looks good quality.

PS: i wish the sales team was honest before committing lies towards delivery dates and same goes for the customer service team. Also, the sofas have a a few defects, which they promised to replacement

Products are goods. Mr Sanjay, an assisting associate is very polite and helping us regarding any issues which comes up in any furlenco product.

Ordered furniture from furlenco. Received few of the products faulty. I raised my concern to furlenco where Jagdish helped me resolve all my issues promptly. Furlenco accepted my request to replace the items. Jagdish heard all the issues and immediately initiated the process.

Update - Earlier, I opted for exchange of few items. Furlenco placed the request and I only got the call before delivery. You don't need to follow up with them regarding your request. Once request is placed, it will be taken care of. Today, they came checked the items and replaced with new items. Again hassle free service from furlenco.
I opted for UNLMTD option, basic plan. I got to choose 6 items. The service and delivery was fast. Team came along with delivery and assembled everything in less than 2 hours. Complete service was great experience. Hoping for a great service and support from furlenco for the year.

Great experience renting the furniture from Furlenco. I am using their products from last 4 years. The delivery is good and on time. The customer support executives are quick in responding your queries and sorting out your concerns. The billing is transparent and all the details are clearly notified in app. Thank you furlenco.
