One of the worst experience I have had, I had ordered medicines on dunzo the owner told the medicines were out of stock and would deliver it next day and told me not to cancel the order, this is where I made the mistake of believing him. He did not call the next day once we called the first time he told no I will send it in 5 mins, but didn't send anything. So we called him again and then he told that the medicin Is not available and told he will refund didn't receive anything yet so called him again he shouted at us and was extremely rude to us.

Ordered medicine through Dunzo. They showed one price on Dunzo App and charged more ( at MRP). Also delivered one item short and returned money in cash. Will never order again from them.
