The hospital made famous by Dr. Asha Saraf is now being rejuvenated and reinvented by Dr.Vivek Saraf. He has personally directed in bringing new facilities to the hospital along with new Medical personnel.

I had stayed one week in saraf hospital.Doctors are professional. Nursing staff are friendly and caring. Rooms are clean and spacious. Food is hygienic. Overall I was very satisfied.

We visited the hospital to see the gastroenterologist Dr.Vivek A.Sharef for my wife . Amazingly within 2 minutes the doctor could diagnosis her problem,a stone in the gall bladder n he suggested a laparoscopy surgery, which we did the very next day. We get hundred percent medical care here.

My mother in law who was diagnosed for malignancy, got very good chemo therapy followed by surgery etc. The wonderful factor is that all the Doctors, Nurses, supporting staff, front office, insurance desk etc.were very much approachable and with seemless support. When you are in trouble these type of love and affection, lift our spirits .. Thanks a lot Team Saraf Hospital.

A very satisfactory experience. Highly experienced doctor and team who very clearly outlined the possible treatment plan and explained very patiently regarding the recovery process.
The nursing team is very efficient - very calm and kind to explain to the patient and family regarding even the tiniest of queries that we had. Support staff were also very helpful. Overall a patient centred hospital who keeps the patient health and recovery above anything else.
The package was explained to us clearly. The claims office team was very supportive and handled our claim process very smoothly. Very cordial staff who checked on the patient well being on a daily basis.

Rooms for improvement:
1. Can be a bit more senior citizen friendly. The surgery was delayed quite a bit due to lack of coordination. This may not go well with elderly patients on several hours of fasting prior to surgery
2. The room facility was a bit outdated. The beds must be modernised, so that it can be tilted at least by means of a lever to facilitate patient seating etc.
3. The bathroom was clean but needs to senior citizen friendly

I had my first delivery here 5 years back. That was the most beautiful day of my life. Dr Sarah soge kurian was my gynec. She is the best. She made me comfortable throughout the delivery. I still remember the doctor who gave me anasthesia before my c section. He treated me very gently since i was very afraid of needles since childhood. The nursing staff was also very loving and caring. The head nurse hugged me while i was crying due to pain. It felt like i was with my family during the c section. That much caring i got from them. I had my second delivery in another hospital. But i didn't get such a care there. I still thank my doctor and all others who cared for me and made me feel like i was home❤
