Sunrise Hospital Kochi

I've just had a most enjoyable experience at Sunrise Hospital, Kochi with their health package. Made more pleasurable by their superb staff . Shefi, bhanana and shuhaib. I would recommend this package to everyone.

Professional doctors and nursing staff, friendly reception and security team, though the parking slots are limited. I would suggest to allow the parent or the bystander to be with the teenagers and kids while meeting the doctors at casualty to enable the patients to explain their symptoms and status efficiently and elaborately.

My experience at Sunrise Hospital was exceptional. The staff was incredibly caring and attentive, and the facilities were top-notch. I felt well taken care of throughout my entire stay.

The difference they make is that the doctors and nurses and everyone cares about every patient. It's not that busy but parking is a problem. And casualty needs some work but overall they are good and you get a personal touch.

Everyone on nursing duty at 3rd floor was very well behaved and very caring from admission to discharge they were truly angels on earth. Special thanks to Dr Gregory Sir and everyone who helped with the surgery. But the room facilities are all very poor.

Unlike some hospitals in Kerala that allegedly prioritize foreigners, Sunrise treats everyone as a VIP. While certain billing processes, even in the casualty department, might be a bit slow, the overall services and hospitality at Sunrise Hospital are truly impressive.

The doctors and nursing staffs are very cordial and experts, we came for gynecological treatment with Dr. Hafeez, he is a sort of celebrity, his team meets are active, professional and expert. We stayed for 5 days in the hospital due to my OT and some other complications. We had a pleasant stay at the hospital. All the staff including the helping assistant to cleaner all helped us cordially as we came from another country. I will recommend this hospital to everyone. They are bringing happiness to the people face. May Allah bless them. There were some issues with the room and they do not provide any toiletries with the cabins. So one should bring the essential toiletries with them if they are advised for stay in hospital

Dr.Rejeesh Selvaganesan Laparoscopic Surgeon was very professional and pleasant. The facility was well eq is incredible. Not only he taken great care of my health, but also he is lovely to speak and kind , It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. His care was outstanding all the way from start to finish. The Doctor put forth a high level of effort to deliver results. The support staff was very professional and pleasant. The facility was well equipped and designed for patient privacy, service and efficiency. The electronic prescription process worked great. The insurance was handled equally as well. Recognizing it may be difficult ….. an opportunity for enhancement would be partial merging of the patient data forms. We will highly recommend “Sunrise Hospital,Kochi” at every opportunity. I visited this hospital 7 months ago because of my mother's need..One of the most gratifying things is that it was the best experience ever for me and my mother... Everything is much better with the caring they take over the patients. And there r lot of good things to say about the care they give us.. But briefly stops... God bless all....👍❤

The physiotherapy department headed by Dr. Sijo Joy deserves a special mention for their treatment and service. My rehabilitation after my shoulder surgery was made easier and comfortable because of Dr.Sijo and his team.

I am super satisfied with Dr.Aparna from ENT department, she seems to be very sweet and empathetic. She made me comfortable and provided proper clarification regarding my pain in the ear.Thank you doctor❤

I have great experience with Dr. Neena Shilen and hospital pharmacy ( Adharsh) they are doing good job and specifically adharsh was so quick to get my daughter prescription and sending a courier….i really appreciate your efforts to make that happen in a quick time.

Came here for COVAXIN injection, second dose. It was a pleasant experience. Being a Sunday, the crowd was lighter and there was sufficient parking space which was a definite plus. The security personnel were polite and directed us to the right building and helped us park.
The vaccination center is conveniently located on the 4th floor of the MRI building which ensures you do not have to mingle with the hospital patients. Does make you feel somewhat safer than attending a OPD for the vaccine.
The staff at the vaccination services were prompt and professional. And had a smile on their face which was soothing to the child getting the vaccine.

I would like to share my experience with this hospital.. As per service wise we are really happy and comfortable.
Dr sreehari do the surgery. It was good and perfect too. In case of ip coordinators they are really take care as in all base Mr sijin he asks our comfort and all. We are really satisfied on his services.. thanks to all and thanks to doctor too.
