എറണാകുളം മെഡിക്കല്‍ ട്രസ്റ്റ് ആശുപത്രിക്ക് വളരെ അടുത്തായി 24 മണിക്കൂറും പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്ന കട. ആശുപത്രിയില്‍ തങ്ങുന്നവര്‍ക്ക് സാധാരണ നിലയില്‍ ആവശ്യമായി വരുന്ന മിക്കവാറും എല്ലാ സാധനങ്ങളും ഇവിടെ ലഭിക്കും. രോഗികള്‍ക്കുള്ള മരുന്നിന്റെ കാര്യമല്ല ഇവിടെ സൂചിപ്പിച്ചത്. കൂടെ നില്‍ക്കുന്നവര്‍ക്കു വേണ്ടി വരുന്ന സോപ്പു മുതല്‍ രാത്രി വസ്ത്രം വരെ. അല്ലെങ്കില്‍ ബക്കറ്റ് മുതല്‍ കൊതുകു തിരി വരെ എന്നൊക്കെ പറയാം. പാര്‍ക്കിങ് സൗകര്യമില്ല, ഇത്രയേറെ സാധനങ്ങള്‍ സൂക്ഷിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നതിനാല്‍ അകത്ത് കുറച്ച് ഇടുങ്ങിയ പ്രതീതി ഉണ്ടാകും എങ്കിലും ഏതു സമയത്തും നമുക്കാവശ്യമുള്ള സാധനങ്ങള്‍ ലഭിക്കുമെന്നതിനാല്‍ പ്രശ്‌നമാകില്ല. പാതി രാത്രിയിലും മാര്‍ക്കര്‍ പെന്നും ബ്ലാങ്ക് സിഡിയും ബിസ്‌ക്കറ്റുമെല്ലാം ലഭിക്കുമെന്നത് എന്നെ സംബന്ധിച്ച് അല്‍ഭുതകരമായിരുന്നു.
