Really great about the service. Personally I recommend Dr.Jeffey George, Gastric Department. Dr is really down to earth and spends his valuable time hearing the whole issues with history, without any hesitation. After verifying all the problems, with or without the help of any tests he prescribed me the medicine.. Even after this procedure the doctor personally explained about the test and it results, if I recommend anything else if it is good he supports that otherwise he clarifies why it's not good now..
The nurses and other staff in the Gastric section are so helpful and empathetic towards the patients..
So I will prefer the Aster Medicity for Gastric problems especially Dr Jeffrey George as one of the senior consultants.

I'm glad to share that I had an outstanding experience at the hospital. Every member of the staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and cared for. I was particularly impressed with the pharmacy staff who were not only knowledgeable but also polite and friendly. It's always reassuring to know that you're in good hands when you're not feeling your best, and this hospital definitely delivered on that front!

Visited the aster wellness center today for a periodical medical checkup. The total service is commendable.
Wellness coordinator Jinsa was really helpful and pleasant in assisting us with each of the tests and consultations.

The entire facility is nice and warm. The paragon restaurant adds to the charm..

Best hospital in Cochin.. I have been through many of the top famous hospitals here but Aster is top notch.
I have chosen their Platinum health plan and the hospitality was mind blowing. I was worried with the huge crowd but the Wellness team, Ms. Jinsa MJ helped me with the entire schedule like a cake walk.
She accompanied me through out the entire process without even having food or rest. There were about 40 tests in the plan where we have to run around the hospital. The team is well arranged and their system is heavily recommended. They knew what to do and when, you will feel like a five star resort with their facilities on board. The nurses and doctors are so welcoming and friendly.
I am so happy to be here, by which I was able to diagnose my health issues and got 100% results. Heavily recommended.

The hospital has all facilities, and the doctors are well-experienced with a good attitude towards the patients. The staff's behavior was appreciated. There was a very large area outside the hospital for walking and refreshing. One of the best things I noticed during the visit time is a live musical program conducted every day for refreshing. A very big vehicle parking area is available, but it is paid, which is not a fair thing.

After a disappointing experience at Amrita Hospital where my wife's cardiac ablation was unsuccessful, we turned to Astermed city for a re-ablation. From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in good hands. Under the care of Dr. Praveen Shreekumar and his team, my wife received exceptional treatment. The 3D mapping and RFA procedure were conducted with precision and care, and we were kept informed at every step of the way.

What truly stood out was the level of support and compassion shown by the hospital staff and management. They went above and beyond to ensure my wife's comfort and well-being, making a stressful situation much more manageable.

Thanks to the expertise and dedication of Dr. Praveen Shreekumar and the entire team at Aster, my wife's procedure was successful, and she is now on the road to recovery.

Very good corporate hospital in kochi India. The hospital area is enormous with excellent decoration. Main hospital complex is separated from nearest public road by a long road, so the inside ambience is very calm and quiet. Interior is also nice. It has a well decorated cafeteria also, which provides fresh quality foods. But the foods are a bit pricy, I must say.

I had taken a wellness package at Aster was thoroughly impressed by the quality and service. All the doctors and nurses were very kind and patient. The routine was seamlessly organized- the wellness coordinator especially Jinsa was very helpful. Whole body check up was a wholesome package including ECG, scan , echo and treadmill test even dental and vision. The hospital was neat and very well maintained. Totally impressed by the experience. Highly recommend the hospital and this package.

I have had excellent service from doctors and sicu nurses..
After surgery, the patient was transferred from the cardiac ICU to the HDU department. But the HDU staff said that at present they have more patients and therefore cannot take this patient and they got into a verbal argument.
How frustrating such experiences can be for a patient recovering from cardiac surgery..I don't even like to remember my bad experience from HDU department..

Dr Vijay Jayakrishnan, Dr. Arjun S, Dr. Shyam Sundar S (Interventional Radiology & Neuroradiology - the amazing doctors) Dr. shameema anwarsadath and Dr. Sindhu Pudhukudi from the Gynaecology department where they guided my wife and son through each and every step will definitely refer to everyone for her treatment such a beautiful personality.. Nursing care was super with lovely and patient friendly..with smiling face taking care of all our need specially Mrs Jitha sister (Asst dr annu jose) Thanks to whole crew..Highly recommend Aster Medcity

It was great experience all the staffs including Doctors, Nurses are very gentle and caring, when ever calling for help always nurses and staffs are there for helping with a smile on face. I'm leaving the hospital today in a very good mood. Everyone was very helpful and cooperative in the nursing care, food and beverage, housekeeping, and guest relations departments. Will undoubtedly recommend to all of my friends and family. ♥

Overall experience is very good.
Doctors visiting the patients regularly and addressing the problems and talking to patients was excellent.
Nurses care was very good.
All departments like providing food, cleaning staff etc did their job in timely way.

My husband & Me visited Aster Medcity , Kochi for the first time.....The feeling as we drove down the beautiful Aster Medcity set in a 40-acre waterfront campus was amazing.... We were greeted in the reception with Smiling and Supportive staff.......We went to the Wellness clinic and had almost a dozen of tests done in the most methodical way...Special thanx to Ms Aleena our coordinator who helped & guided us all through... Before lunch we managed to complete all the tests....In the evening when we left Aster Medicity, we had all reports including X-rays & Scans in our file and the concerned doctor was also consulted....the canteen (Paragon group) served delicious breakfast & lunch....

Overall it was an excellent experience in Aster ....looking forward to visit Aster Medcity very soon to consult specialized doctors...

Had a great experience in Aster wellness. The assisting staffs were too kind and helpful. Especially Miss Neethu had done a great job assisting me and my family in each step of the procedure.

First of all praise to Almighty God🙏.Today is the happiest day of my life.The day that gives hope to my dreams and my wishes.One day many years ago I came to Aster Medicity kochi lying in bed in a very bad condition.It was for pre workups for my lung transplant surgery.Aster accepted me after giving up many prominent hospitals in Kerala.They made that thing possible that many people said was impossible.Have you seen angels? Of course I have!! Dr. Praveen, Dr. Elizabeth, Dr. Ashwathi, Ayyappan,Don,Jesus Mol, Anjana Prasannan,Shanavas, Sushmita,Anju Prasad, Shyamili; they are my angels❤.Those angels who enlightened my life which I felt hopeless.Today Iam feeling so happy that I can breathe like everyone,I sleep comfortably and I wake up delightfully.Thanks to my beloved angels along with Aster Medcity for helping me to escape from my sleepless nights and all the scary thoughts.Ones again thanks to aster medcity and my angles for being with me as a shadow, giving me strength and taking care of me.

This is one of the best hospitals in Ernakulam. The facilities and services were extremely pleasing. I went there for my surgery a week ago. The nurses and doctors were too friendly to safeguard us from anxiety and tension. The room services and hospitality are top-notch. The food given to patients was well-cooked and served with utmost cleanliness. Every staff are well behaved and assisted me to go through the process with ease.

The program 'Koode' conducted by Aster Nurture and Gynac department was Awesome.I was a part of baby shower season 5 and would like to thank each and everyone behind this function.Each and every moments from the starting to end was smooth and not at all boring.It was a nice experience for me and my husband to be a part of it.All the best for your future programs...As always Aster is the best!!!
