A great place to stay in Agra. Very nice environment at lobby. They have magic show and artists on Friday/Saturday evenings along with horse riding which are complementary. Their breakfast and dinner buffet was great. Their room was renovated and their room staff support was great. We ordered a cake over phone and within 5 minutes cake was there in our room! Great room service!
One thing to improve: We, party of 7 had to wait 10 minutes to get a table during dinner time which was not good with kids. It’s not because tables were not available, looked like they were super busy among themselves rather than focusing on arranging tables.

In conclusion, our stay at ITC Mughal Agra left us mesmerized and amazed. Everything, from the impeccable service to the delicious food and beautiful surroundings, was truly flawless. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and cannot wait for the opportunity to stay again.

An Oasis in Agra. Set its own large walled property you can find tranquility away from the hectic streets of Agra.

Very high quality accommodation and excellent food (but please give clients better seating than stools in Peshawar restaurant, it seems the hotel is just trying to squeeze more covers into what is a small specialty restaurant).

Service was first class, and special mention must be made of Sampritka’s welcome and efficiency at the front desk and for her kindly showing us around the extensive grounds.

We were lucky to be upgraded to a Mughal suite, whose size and quality was memorable, if you want to guarantee yourself some real luxury we would recommend having a look at availability and of course price!

Our stay at ITC Mughal, Agra, was extraordinary. The suite, offering a breathtaking view of the Taj Mahal, defined luxury, complete with a room dedicated as a closet and exceptional amenities. Each night, we were greeted with fruit and champagne, adding a touch of elegance to our stay. Constructed mostly from granite and marble, including the staircases, and highlighted by lavish crystal chandeliers, the hotel's design was impressive. The food was out of this world, and the service went beyond our expectations, making our visit truly memorable.

This is a beautiful hotel. The housekeeping manager, Raveen was attentive and looked after us and anything we needed. Our room was spotless. The ambiance of the hotel is sumptuous. The restaurants are excellent and the spa luxurious! I would recommend staying here!

The rooms and facilities were very well maintained and aesthetically pleasing. Worth mentioning the picturesque gardens, lakes and fountains in the property.

It was a very good experience in Taj view Hotel with my pet as well , feel like visiting again but on a day when Taj is open & there is no fog, unfortunately because of the holiday could not see Taj but experienced Red fort

Booked this property for our customer. The entire reservation process was smooth and proved to be a seamless experience. Special mention must be made of their online booking page which offers an elaborate list of options (add-ons) to choose for each room. Kudos to the entire team !

Had a surreal experience at this place. I give 5/5 for amenities and cleanliness as they are excellent. The staff were friendly and the service was exquisite. If you're trying to escape from the real 3D world for a peaceful experience this is the place for you.

Different places give us different vibes and the location of this hotel gives positive vibes that provide inner peace. The days I spent here were amazing and unforgettable. The rooms are well maintained and clean. Hotel staff is very cooperative and soft spoken. Swimming pool add up to the beauty of the hotel. Visit to the hotel gave me a luxurious feeling and made my trip wonderful. If you want to stay in beauty of nature than you should surely stay at this beautiful place.
