If you are staying at gangtok permanently or for a specific period then take this café as your comfort zone .Full of amazing staffs,people,collgues ,friends from Sikkim and outside and what not.
Me with my co-interns used to hang-out at this café once in a week.
Try their peri-peri fries, you will get the best fries in town.

The most lively cafe of gangtok. Owner has focused well on interiors. If you spend good time here you will notice the drawings, the miniatures etc. Coming to food, we had ordered Veg Bombay sandwich, hot chocolate, Veg burger, pancakes and garlic bread. We have tried multiple cafes in Gangtok and we lifood at Travel’s cafe the most. Except the garlic bread which did not meet our expectation rest everything we really relished. Highlight was the pancakes which was the most soft pancake we ever had. It took me back to my childhood. We forgot to take any picture of the food as we were too busy enjoying every dish we had ordered. #cafesofgangtok #thetravelcafe #developmentareacafe

The vibe of the cafe is amazing and much credit should go to the people who run it and the food they serve.
Their Chicken Pizza, and Herbed Rice are some of my favourites from the menu.
I was lucky enough to meet some great people and enjoy the live performances at the cafe.

The most unique & satisfactory of all the cafes in Sikkim. I hope they expand throughout the country with time. A cafe in its own from the food to the ambience. Their event nights are something to watch out for. A must visit for all the cafe lovers. Whatever they do, they do out of passion and love. With their expansion of the(Travel Cafe) 2.0 unit, they have added another feather to their cap.

Travel cafe has been my go-to place since 2019. It’s never failed me in terms of the food & drinks and the ambience, too. Also, weekend gigs are awesome! You can be promised a lovely Saturday evening in this cozy cafe. :)

This place is just awesome. The food is great, the music is good, you have various board games to have fun while you wait for your order to be served. I loved the vibe of this cafe. Highly recommended.

Tag along is one place one has to stay once he/she is in gangtok city . Me and my wife stayed here twice in last 3 months and it was one of the best experience that we had . The staff here is really friendly and cooperative special mention for Mr Saran and Bhawna for extra mile to help us. Also the food served here is of exceptional quality be it in taste or hygiene everything is maintained very well . For any future traveller dont give a second thought to it just book the place and stay there i am sure u ll never forget this place .

Lovely place with great people and amazing vibes. Everytime I'm in Gangtok, I try to come here almost daily.

Food is great. Service is great. Momos, burgers, wraps and brownie are a must try.

They even have board games, books, a guitar and ukulele, which you can use.

Every now and then, they also organise events like movie screenings, music gigs etc.

I've met so many nice people, locals and travellers, because they also run a backpacker hostel on the floor above.

100% must visit place in Gangtok! You'll have good time! 😊

Lovely place. Cool place to meet new people, especially if you are travelling from out of state. They have live shows frequently and it is quite a scene to be there. Awesome vibe ♥💫

The best place to stay in Sikkim. Had an amazing 2 months with some lip smacking food. Highly recommended to stay guys, you won't be disappointed. I was lucky enough to meet some amazing people . The owners and the staffs are the sweetest and treat you like one among them. So "tag along" with tagalong family. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay Saran bhai, Bhavana Di, Manisha Di. Even if you enter the travel café alone, chances are, you'll walk out having made a new friend. This is just how warm and open the people in travel café are and everything else is the cherry on top of the icing on the cake. With always something yummy and exciting on the menu, this is perhaps one of the must visit cafes in Gangtok. <3

Have ordered from and eaten at the cafe on multiple occasions. The food never disappoints, freshly made and great taste to boot. Along with the ambience and the staff, it makes for a wonderful experience every single time. It is my choice every single time for ordering in good food.
