We went there for new year eve and it was a memorable ✨ experience with family and friends. Peaceful due to limited crowd and DJ was good. Food and drinks were good. More non veg options but when we highlighted- the chef immediately arranged more veg options. The crowd was well mannered and upbeat.

Had one of the best stays here. The staff is amazingly friendly and they invited me for a special treat with local delicacies. Food is awesome you can choose from multiple cuisines and different restaurants. The bar is super nice and cozy. The surrounding area near the hotel is beautiful. It is arguably the best place to stay in Pune.

We were running a supplier event at the hotel. Arriving the night before. Hotel was excellent. Outdoor dining was really good, with a fantastic selection. Service was excellent.

The events area was run very well.

Only downside, no food in the meeting room. When running back to back events, a little flexibility would have been useful

One of the best hotels in Pune. I was here for the OnePlus Red Cable Club Roundtable Pune 2024 and it was an amazing experience. The staff is fantastic and helpful. They organised the event in a great manner and everything was efficient. The food was also really amazing and they also have a really nice open bar. Meeting Ershad was a great experience, he is so open to talk and discuss anything. The location of the hotel is also really great with river in the backdrop. The venue is easily accessible via Kalyani Nagar Metro Station. Highly recommended!!!

Good rooms and heavenly beds. Breakfast was tasty and there was a lot of variety too. The only negative was reaching the hotel, which is tough in the evening due to traffic on the road outside. The volume and bass from nearby pubs makes it really difficult at night

A great hotel coupled with brilliant service and sheer luxury. We stayed in the room with King bed and bathtub. The large windows offer panoramic views of the city. The breakfast is something one shouldn’t miss here. This is probably the best Westin I have been to in India.

This hotel has equipped gym, a nice pool with steam room, spa etc. Its multi cuisine restaurant is very good and tasty. The room service is also very good and helpful. All over this Hotel keeps its class and elegance.

I am writing this review bit late. We went there in august 2023 for stay. The experience was amazing. The staff was super helpful. Special shoutout to Ameya, Sarang, Aditi and Madhuri for making our stay memorable. They were always there to help us😊. The rooms were super cool there. All the 3 restaurants were very nice. Food was delicious. We will definitely look forward to visit the westin again.

I always planned to rate Westin but go busy. We moved from US to Pune.
We stayed for 1 month at Westin Pune. I must say it was one of the best experiences. The staff , including kitchen treated us like family. The guest services are world class. Even the valet service people are amazing.
We were new to Pune and everyone was keen to help us even with their busy schedule.
The food at the breakfast is truly world class .
We even stayed in touch with many staff members. I would definitely visit again and would personally like to thank each and everyone. Would visit again.

I'm reviewing Indian restaurant Afreen. Excellent service, food is okay. Servers are good tried mutton kebabs, tandoori Aloo Along with some single malt and beer. Service is good. Food Quality is average. Ambience is good.

If I could add a 6th star, I would because the hotel staff is extremely courteous. Kudos to excellent staff including Akhil, Chetana and Pam.

The rooms are very well kept and good in size. The breakfast buffet is very extensive as well. The only small negative is that the swimming pool area is given out for parties, so it's difficult for hotel guests to enjoy the pool.

Nevertheless our stay was extremely comfortable and pleasant. Thanks Westin Pune.
