Ambience. Is good .

Both indoor and out door facing the lake seating available.

Service is good ⭐ , waiter are very polite , even though they are very busy servicing guest, found them polite and taking extra request .

Food is good.

Wonderful experience at Keraleeyam today. The lunch buffet spread was exquisite. Every item on the menu was cooked with love and perfection. It tasted like home and ingredients were fresh. The dal, pavekai theryal, moru, thoran, fish curry (with extremely fresh fish), two types of chammanthi, beet root pickle and pappadam with red rice (there were more varieties of rice to choose from) this combination was amazing, it made our day. The kurma, chicken curry and appam also looked appetizing. The fish in butter sauce and the raw mango salad also deserve a special mention. The ada pradhaman was also perfect. Chef Arun has really taken perfection to another level.

Special mention to the friendly staff Biji and Ajesh who made the whole experience special. I really liked that we were offered the option of hot water or regular water in the true kerala culinary spirit. The view of Ashtamudi river and the ambience of the hotel adds the extra touch to the experience. Recommend this buffet to all and Happy New Year to the entire Leela Raviz team.

Upon arrival, I had the pleasure of meeting the executive chef, Arun. Not only was he incredibly talented in his culinary craft, but he also displayed a genuine down-to-earth nature that made our conversation delightful. It was evident that he took great pride in his work and was passionate about creating a remarkable dining experience for guests.

One person who stood out during my celebration was Bijil. His warm and helpful demeanor made a lasting impression. He went above and beyond to arrange a beautiful birthday cake, adding a touch of sweetness to the occasion. Bijil's dedication to ensuring everything ran smoothly was commendable, and his thoughtful assistance added an extra layer of joy to the celebration.

The ambiance of Raviz Kollam was charming, with its elegant decor and cozy atmosphere. The attention to detail in the service was impeccable, and the staff made me feel valued and appreciated throughout the entire celebration.

The staff in the restaurant were outstanding. Special recognition to Bijil and his team. Went out of their way to provide excellent service. Major hôtels/ hôtel chains need to value and appreciate their staff. These staff were run off their feet and could not address the needs of guests due to a special event that hosted a large number of people over 3days.

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay. The property is on back sea waters the view from restaurant and rooms is awesome.

Very good restaurant inside of The Raviz hotel. Good options and taste of the food with good service. River side outside sitting is also there,

One of the best luxury lakeside properties in Kerala. Apparently, an old British Gus house converted to a hotel. Their interiors are classy and the staff are all into hospitality deeply.

From vegetarian dishes to fish and chicken, they were worth the price and time spent there.

Lemon rice, jeera rice, karimeen pollichathu, paneer makhni, naadan chicken curry, the simple yellow Dal were all at their best on the day I visited.

My family was happy enough and enjoyed it.
Staffs are good, landscaping, boating, backwater view, and good restaurant services.
We will promote family and friends.
