I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service provided during my recent dining at your hotel along with my family. It is with great disappointment that I share my negative experience about this hotel

The dining experience at your hotel was equally disappointing. The wait staff showed a lack of professionalism, often ignoring customers or displaying an unfriendly demeanor.

Upon arrival we had ordered our food and after making us wait for 45 mins the staff has informed us that our order will be delayed by another 01 hour and when we asked for him the reason behind the delay he was extremely rude and following this he threw the food into the table. The guys who has done this extremely pathetic mannerism was stating that he was the owner for the hotel and we had asked him to pack our foods as we were not comfortable having the food in his hotel. We paid the money for what was threw into our table (Rs. 700/-) and upon reaching home we were surprised to see that he has mixed all our food along with some other waste and packed it so it was not on a eatable state.

Please beware while your visit to this hotel as they don't treat you like humans. I would strongly recommend not to dine in this hotel as it was a threat to our family and their health for giving us unhygienic food

Giving 1 star for the very cheap and rude behavior of the restaurant staff. We went here with family (worst decision took) ordered some chicken and beef dishes along with their special nool porotta. After a long wait, the side dishes came on the table. After 15 minutes he came and said nool porotta cannot be served and have those curry with normal porotta. We asked him why he telling this now , you would've tell this earlier and now all the dishes on table is cold. He behaved very arrogantly and threw plate with porotta on table telling us have those and leave the place. We asked him to pack and give whatever we ordered and paid for those. This man in anger packed both chicken and beef dishes in single cover mixed it all together put some waste lemon zest in that and given to us. Such a bad experience we never had from any of the restaurants big or small. And the main part is he is introducing him as the restaurant owner. I would've given 0 star if possible....

Ridiculous attitude from the staff( Who introduced himself as its owner).
Very poor service . When asked about it the staff was not showing any respect and threw the food on the table.
We decided not to have any food and asked them to pack it all and paid for it. They have mixed all food together and put a lemon in it causing weird taste.
Horrible experience.👎
