Hyatt Pune

Nice hotel close to airport and big mall with an amazing outside pool. Even though the room looks little older they are well maintained and really clear. The bathrooms are nice. The room was spacious - the bed was too hard (one downside).
The service is really great and nice. The breakfast buffet is outstanding and really tasty.
The location is close to airport and the biggest mall in Pune.
I can recommend this hotel.

Service is good and staffs are very supportive. Some rooms orientation is really bad, need to improve. Swimming pool is very small for this much big hotel. Food was nice and staffs were keep serving, very well managed kitchen.

We stayed here last week and would highly recommend to anyone. We arrived incredibly early for check in due to flight times but the staff were accommodating and very attentive.

The room was clean, very good size and the air conditioning worked well. The pool area and restaurant were beautiful.

Special mention to Kanika for being so thoughtful and looking after us during our stay.

One of my favourite hotels to stay at while in Pune. I love the room, it’s adequately spaced and also there toiletries are one of the best in the industry. There is nothing to complain and whenever I visit Pune I will be staying at Hyatt Pune. Also it’s quite close to the airport. I forgot to mention that they have this one touch button which switches on/off all the lights while some hotels you have walk the whole room to do this which is sometimes annoying after a long days work.

Overall experience is great ,rooms are very luxurious ,food was also of very different cuisines,many for facilities are also available like gym swimming pool and many more ,room prices are also decent not that much high

Me and my two friend stayed in Hyatt Hotel for 5 long days in room number 1539, 1506 and 1431. Our experience was made great by staff member Uday. He is very polite and always ready to help. He is true people's person and ready to go beyond the limit to provide you good hospitality. Kudos to UDAY for making our trip amazing.

Stayed here for a night , easy check
In , room was clean and every amenity provided for a comfortable stay .
It has 3 restaurants offering a variety of options for guests .
The breakfast buffet however was what stole the show . Chef Ganesh actually came up and took feedback from everyone and provided us with what we needed . I was fasting and hence was offered sabudana khichadi (authentic ) so that I don’t go hungry .
The rest of the service staff also were on their toes& did their best .
Dinner buffet is a steal at 1999 ++ trust me the offerings are too much .
Only point of discontent was house keeping - they kept taking appointments but came too late .

This place was nice and clean. Environment was very peaceful staff was helpfull as well. This is excellent for family vacation.

Went for a Buffet on Sunday

I must say, this was one of sumptuous experience viz. a) Zero compromise on food quality b) Hygiene at its best starting from our entry up untill the food is served c) Courteous staff d) Varieties in Desserts just can not be tried in a day or two.

I love this hotel because the rooms are comfortable, small but no complaints, the staff is super kind and the swimming pool is to die for. It is my to go to place when I come to Pune as it's more convenient than the other hotels of the same standard.

Even though it is hidden from the naked eye the property is really nice , I had visited the place for a function by the poolside , it was amazing, however I did not find a normal washroom on the floor for people who are not using the pool , or maybe I did not see in the right direction but over all the place is really nice!

Me and my wife stayed here just for 2 nights. The service we received from the entire hotel staff was amazing. The staff at front desk took care of our request promptly. The staff at restaurant that serves breakfast was very courteous and prompt in service. The room and the entire hotel was clean, very well maintained. The location is great especially if you are coming from the airport or main train station. Korgaon Park and Kalyani Nagar where most of the Puneite elite have residences are close by. Overall great experience at Hyatt Pune. Would certainly come back here. Coming from US, this hotel certainly exceeded our expectations.

Value for money pleasant stay .Privacy for every rooms.Breakfast was amazing .Cream roll must try while having breakfast. Jwar khichadi was fabulous 👌 👏. Terrace bar also quiet you can get relaxed while having amazing cocktail and mocktail. Overall 10/10

Hotel rooms Wer clean n spacious enough .... hospitality n service provided by service staff is really good....breakfast buffet had variety of options .....live kitchen chef Mr Venkat n Mr Ajith n other staffs provided us prompt n timely service .....trainer in swimming pool helped my kid enjoy in swimming pool.... Front office staff Ms Komal helped us to complete our exit formalities early ...

Had a wonderful time at the Gym
Clinton guided me very Sensibly with the machines. Being an orthopedic surgeon I felt the people using the gym will be safe with his guidance.
