Austin40 CafeHouse

Very nice and beautiful cafe to spend time with your friends. Cafe has a huge place for small functions like any small meetings, presentations etc. A variety of menu available to go with your meetings. Very delicious and yummy food and beverages. Closed roof to protect from rain. Has both indoor and outdoor sitting arrangements. Decorated with beautiful paintings, hangings, photos etc. Nice ambiance. Owners are quite friendly and always there to help. Parking is available on roadside. Definitely visit this place and give it a try.

This is a delightful little place to stop for a bite while in the Deccan area. It's certainly unique in both ambience and food. Although the interior was cute and cozy, I preferred lunching outside on the spacious patio to enjoy the nice weather.

My paneer Manchurian was very tasty and filling, but I found myself also wishing that salads were on the menu. To my surprise, when the waiter heard that wish, he produced the chef rather like a genie from a bottle. The chef said he'd be glad to make me a salad and asked what I'd like in it. He duly took note of everything, and some time later a creatively presented and plentiful bowl was set in front of me, nicely garnished with fresh basil that I hadn't even thought of. (See my picture.) Delicious, with lemon vinaigrette dressing. I hope they put that salad on the menu!

I also hope the Austin can make a go of it here at their amazing prices. It's a joint enterprise of 3 fellows who clearly love what they're doing and seem to be loved back by their customers, judging by the many testimonials on sticky by notes posted on a pillar near the entrance.

Definitely "a find."

One of my all time favourites at Bhandarkar road. The place offers great food with sumptuous portions. They have changed their menu recently and also increased the portion sizes.
We ordered white sauce pasta which was creamy and mild to taste. It contained assorted vegetables and also butter bread to compliment it.
The chicken fried rice had a unique taste and felt good.
Peach passion ice tea was good too.

This place was just awesome..The ambience and look is a typical london scene.. the rare vintage austin40 live at display,vintage paitings# best part is the food..#The chicken keema pizza was fab#fully loaded#The most astonishing part was the button pizza#pizzas of a size of a rupee and guess what!!!Button pizza costs only 1rs per piece.!!!!!It was a great experience

Wonderful place and ambience. All the dishes i have tried are simply delicious.
Try out chicken keema pizza. Thats my favourite.
I usually hang there out with my friends and for gettogethers.
Staff is very hospital and the Chief Sarvesh pulls out amazing dishes on your platter.
Each and every dish you try is really very different.

Absolutely love the Food Quality and the warmth of the Owner with which they serve quality Food Items....Just one thing to note,don't be in a hurry once you order your food.The Chef takes time to cook the item of your choice...but once it arrives on your table,that waiting time would be worthwhile to remember and cherish your taste-buds

Austin 40 is one of those places that needs to be visited at least once if you are looking to hang out with your friends or host a discussion of some sort. Coupled with the fact that Austin 40 CafeHouse offers a wide range food variety.

Location:
Located on the main road, Austin 40 is easily accessible from FC road, Karve Road & Law College road. The space has its own parking and can easily accommodate around 5-6 vehicles.

Ambience:
Austin 40 is an extremely relaxed location with music always running in the background. This place always has a few groups and the light atmosphere here, makes you want to visit this place again and again. As mentioned above, this place is ideal for holding a meeting or a discussion or hanging out with friends.

Food:
Austin 40 offers a mix of Italian and Chinese menu options from Pizzas and Garlic bread to Momos. The food is pretty good and there is nothing to complain about. The place is a tad-bit expensive.

Overall:
Definitely a must visit place.

Yummy food and prefect ambiance. Best time to visit is in evening. Staff is very helpful and interiors are awesome.

My third visit and that chicken cheese oamlette is all I keep thinking about!!! Thank you Chef Bhushan...you rock!! And I could eat this oamlette every single day!! Thank you Chef Sagar for suggesting the Creamy Chicken Croissant....my oamlette met its match!! The French would have been proud of its texture and taste!!

Beautiful place to visit along with your friends or loved ones. Beautiful ambience and chilling place. Tables are clean and staff wearing face masks. Tables are places by keeping a safe distance. Food quality is nice.

Cafe theme is also good. Recommending people to surely visit this place multiple times.

Small place but has good ambiance. The place is lil trendy and may attract students. Although a cafe but its more famous for the open mic held every Sunday. They created a small room with podium where artists can perform stand up comedy and music performances.

This place has a special place in my heart for the amazing food and hospitality that it offers.
I went there on a company meet and met the chef there, as he was handling the preparations for the meeting. He is a charming man who will help you out with recommendations in food that he specializes in.

Have the White Cheese Alfredo Pasta here. It is the BEST pasta I've ever, ever tasted.

What a place! I am thoroughly impressed. Cool & trendy...

The staff is very cordial & cooperative. The place is neat & well maintained.
The owner Mr. Sarvesh Jadhav himself supervises the operations and ensures guests are well taken care of.

The food was excellent and the chef made it as per my specifications (which generally is a lil difficult). The rice dish he made was actually lip smacking. (dunno it's name)
The kitchen too was extremely clean.
