We had a very good experience of buying our first car from Garve Skoda, Bhandarkar Road. Shailesh as a sales rep was super helpful to us , be it bringing the car to our home for test drive and informing us well about car features or helping us out with our queries. They have a very good way of engaging their customers with multiple teams been added in a WhatsApp group to be in same page. Delivery Process was smooth and I got the delivery within 10 days of booking. My queries were taken seriously and response was fast.

I hope that I will get same response from their service team as there is a technical challenge I am facing to connect my new android phone with Android Auto. I have been informed that Skoda is working on it and it will be fixed with a software update soon.

Overall, I will recommend this dealer to have an ease of mind to purchase a car with great deals.
