My father went for the cataract surgery for both the eyes. The overall experience is excellent. Right from the consolation to the post OT support, every thing went smoothly. Staffs are very cooperative.

Had visited for Mom's cataract operation. All things went well all the doctors are qualified experts in the eye care field. No complaints about any doctor. All the staff also helped in carrying out cashless facilities at the hospital and the entire process was smooth. Later on request I was also provided with forms to claim pre and post hospitalization expenses. So full support provided by staff.
1 thing to note though staff needs to learn to co-ordinate better with each other and the patient for a more smooth process and rest no complaints.

Visited Dr.Agarwal's Eye hospital a couple of weeks back for for my wife's cataract surgery.The experience was very good. Right from the reception to the eye testing cabin and then to the assigned surgeon was very well co-ordinated. The waiting time to meet the surgeon was minimal. I would personally like to thank Dr. Vaishali Mathur for her excellent skills that resulted in a very successful cataract surgery for my wife. There are no complaints till date with regards to the surgery.
