I dont even feel like giving you a one star. You guys are pathetic to the core. I am very well convinced looking at your review section that you do not know how to service or help your customers. Big questions to the owners or whoever freaking owes this shop. Do you even know the meaning of wellcare pharma. If not then learn or get some classes before opening a store.
Also if you guys need some donation to help to educate you workers let me know. All the dissatisfied customer might contribute to help you guys. Poor and cheap place.

The staff does not etiquette to behave with customers. You need to buy medicines of Rs 500 minimum to avail discount of 5% which is joke whereas now a days 10% discount on Medicine MRP is normal. looks owner do not care about it or overlooks staff behavior.

Medical store is good but the staff does not etiquette to behave with customers. I bought coffee today from them and it was expired and spoiling milk when used. When I went to show them, staff misbehaved like anything and even after showing proof, they did not refund or replaced the item.

There was this staff member last night with a machine in the ear and I noticed it after he wouldn’t respond to my question. I then increased my volume in order to make it easier for him to hear... he got mad at me and yelled at me and got to a point where he wanted me to not visit the shop anymore. Due to unavoidable circumstances I didn’t have time to deal with him last night... if the owner is reading this, kindly take action, ‘cause there certainly won’t be any circumstances hereby which then allows me myself to take action.

Staff is very rude. They dont care about customers very ill mannered. Owner is also very rude with customers. Better not to visit this pharma as their many items are expired n they dont even care about this.

Please do not depend on this shop in the night, I had visited yesterday and called out many time however no one responded, I tried many times in calling to the cell phone number which was present in the shop but no respond again..
Apart from me around 6 others returned back…
I think they should remove the tag as 24/7 as no one responds in the night .

I don't recommend, not very helpful, wouldn't go to them again
