We had an incredible time here! The service was outstanding and the staff members were so professional. The property was new and super clean, with all the high-tech amenities you could imagine. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy. Its a truly memorable experience!

My recent stay at Conrad Pune was nothing short of spectacular!

Let's start with the rooms – spacious, comfortable, and did I mention spacious? The amenities provided were top-notch, and I especially loved the supremely comfortable bed. It was like sleeping on a cloud! Plus, the entire property exuded a fantastic ambiance that added to the overall experience.

During my stay, I indulged in a spa session, and I must say, the therapist worked wonders! It was the perfect way to unwind and relax.

The front office staff deserves a special mention for their exceptional courtesy and friendliness. They truly went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

Now, onto the culinary delights! I had the pleasure of dining at the buffet restaurant for two major meals, and it was an absolute treat. Every dish was cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor and freshness. And the service? Absolutely top-notch – attentive, efficient, and always with a smile. Not a single complaint there!

Check-in and checkout were a breeze – smooth and quick, just as one would hope for.

Had an exceptional experience at The Coridander with two friends for dinner. Superb selection in the buffet, attentive yet inconspicous service and overall stellar ambience--great place to have a long drawn out lunch/dinner with business partners.

Superb hotel, the best in Pune. The facilities were excellent and most staff brilliant. From the doormen to check-in including the exec lounge staff. The only let down was the coriander restaurant to breakfast. Although mostly a great experience the staff were mostly ok in the restaurant, but very forgetful with things we had asked for.

One of the luxurious and lavish hotels available in Pune city. If your clients are travelling from abroad for any visit you can definitely consider staying at this hotel. They have a variety of cuisine available from Breakfast To Dinner also the rooftop view for the whole city is breath taking

We had a really great time. We were at AL DI LA to celebrate my sister's birthday. Ambience is top notch. Food was awesome and delicious. But the cherry on the cake was service by Akamsha and Hrithik. Really it was memorable time for us

Luxurious hotel in Pune City. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional.
The conead Hotel Pune has a very lavish spread for its buffet. The spread has many options and has counters for chaat, Indian food, Chinese, Greek, Italian and a continental dedicated space for desserts. The food tastes delicious top notch service and too much variety of food, drinks and sweet and the staff is also very good. They have ample seating space but it's always recommended to book in advance. Great spot for family gatherings and a feast over the weekend.
Highly recommended.

And the other great thing happened that we got to meet Sri Lankan cricketers as they were also staying in Conrad.

A Stay to remember. Right from the Amazing Hospitality to the ambience, everything thing was just up to the mark. The Cuisine at the Restaurant were amazingly delicious.

As always, an amazing place to stay and enjoy the nice weather in Pune. The hotel is within walking distance of the Aqua metro line with Ruby Hall Clinic as the nearest station. Service was impeccable as always and breakfast each morning was a real treat. The restaurant had beautiful decorations for Diwali.

Rooms are quite spacious and differs from category.. They have executive rooms to luxurious suites rooms with executive Lounge access especially for higher category rooms.

We went there for a buffet lunch at the Coriander, wide spread from pan Asian cuisine to Indian and Italian cuisine, served along with liquor/beverages and varieties of deserts ice cream, chaats, sweets and savouries...

Must say about the Al Dilla roof top restaurant, beautifully lit up in the evening with a city.. I must appreciate its luxurious ambience..

Lovely place. We visited The Corrinder resturant. The food was good but I didn't understand why they havnt had any meat options also fish option were scare. The deserts were great.

So I would like to review Conrad from a very different perspective. I was at Conrad on 1st Jan to dine in for the evening and as usual the dining experience was par excellence. However it's the sublime ancillary services that I would like to especially appreciate. While giving my car to the valet, apparently my car ran out of battery, I got worried but the valet staff assured me of help and manually pushed the car towards the sideway and I proceeded for dinner. After the dinner, at the valet pick up point, I tripped over and fell . The valet staff and security staff immediately helped me get up and offered me water to drink. The clock was ticking around 11.00 pm and the car was still not starting and since this was something I was experiencing for the first time the panic had started to set in. However the valet staff were courteous and generous enough to help me Jumpstart the car. The car started and I set for home. This would have not been possible without the help of team Conrad. Inspite of the voluminous footfall team Conrad was courteous enough to help in every which way. Hats off to team Conrad and a here's a shout out for the valet and security staff.

Had a truly unimpeachable experience at the Conrad. The amenities were unsurpassed, and I must extol the staff for their impeccable service. One constructive suggestion I have is to consider offering a cursory room tour upon check-in. I was a bit puzzled with the TV on the bathroom mirror. The breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day. There was a wide variety of food to choose from, including fresh fruit, desserts, Indian, and continental. The view from the 12th floor was stunning. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to the airport.

Our stay at the Conrad was very pleasant and the well located hotel offered all amenities and facilities that made the stay enjoyable. The room was well done up and Shantanu, the housekeeping attendant used his creativity to make something new in the room everyday.
The buffet at Coriander could be a little better , however Chefs Prabhjeet Singh and Sarthak Bhatnagar went out of their way to get us what we wanted. Chef Prabhjeet made amazing, delicious kebabs especially for us and Chef Sarthak enticed us with his special creations. The service however could have been better and at times one had to wait quite a bit to get the order.
Rishab at the reception was helpful and welcoming.
overall, Conrad is a nice hotel to stay at.
