Hotel is neat and clean, Surrounding areas is good too. Staffs are well mannered. Security wise its superb. Only thing is Fooding is not available at the premises. You need order food online or eat it somewhere else.

It was excellent staying there. Very nice, peaceful, friendly and greenery environment. Owner,wife and kid too much awesome and very kind by nature & very very helpful, provided great services, every kind of help and shares knowledge also. Nana is good. The most important thing is that I love the "D'chocos chocolate"the most, it's tastes awesome, exactly metered sweetness and with no oily plus contains less fat. Vishwakarma Nivas Hostel is like my second home.
well maintain, clean, secured at day & night, all services as per they committed on starting time they provide very well. rooms are also nit & clean. cleaned regularly by cleaning person. its very close to college, so i go by walking only. owner Rohit dada is very nice with all students, very friendly & strictly as well. overall ambiance is good for study. i will recommend this hostel.

As per my survey, this is a nice place to stay. Very near to college, this is the only hostel where you get 24 hrs running hot water, minimal power cuts, rooms shared by two students only. All the rooms have attached toilet-bathroom, so no common toilets shared by others. Fresh air, free from pollution and in the lap of nature. Day and night watchman for security. Free wifi. All these facilities are provided at very nominal charges. A home like stay away from your home.

Vishwakarma Nivas hostel is the best. It is closest to vishwakarma institute, at walkable distance. Each room have only 2 beds and washroom attached to every room, which is the best quality for hygiene purpose. They also provide free WiFi and huge parking space which is very important now a days. They have great security and maintain cleanliness. The owner is very nice and supportive. I will strongly recommend this place. Do visit. 🤗😊

Best hostel. Good and calm surrounding. Very close to VIIT colleges. Two students one room with attached toilet bathroom.Overall nice environment.

Good property...
manager was co-operative... Only one problem I faced was by oyo customer care they said I can check out late as no bookings are there....but property manager was not allowing but later he managed and cooperated.... So make sure of this n then go in property otherwise every thing is good

VIIT collage is at walking distance. Well maintain hostel rooms, hot water , spacious beds, study tables, 24*7 security, CCTV, Last but not the least Mr Rohit Gadkar (Owner of Hostel) is very cooperative.
He is always there for us to guide as a big brother. Thanks Rohit Sir, for your wonderful service throughout my engineering, i never felt that i was living in hostel.

Walkable distance to VIIT college, peaceful surrounding, nicely managed by owner. All essential facilities available. Clean & well maintained.
