Well curated small museum about the history of chocolate. Entry fees: 100 per person. 15-20 mins guided tour inside.
They provide complimentary chocolate by dipping it in the chocolate fountain, it's very tasty.
Chocolates, choclate jewellery, spices, etc. are also available for sale here. Chocolates are expensive but are rich in taste.

This is a chocolate shop on the way to point forest, selling good quality Ooty chocolates, though the prices seem high. Also there are a few exhibits related to chocolates, which you can witness free of cost. You can have a look at these even if you don't buy chocolates.

If you want to learn about the chocolate making process as well as buy good quality chocolates then I recommend this place. As I felt this was the most authentic place. They call its chocolate museum unlike some other shops who confuse the tourist with the word factory in their name. Its on the way to shooting point and pykara water falls. So you can plan accordingly. Entry 20 Rs with a free chocolate dipstick to taste. You can purchase variety of chocolates here.
