Ganesh Tok

While returning from Nathula Pass our cab driver stopped at Ganesh Tok (Vinayaka temple). Wonderful Ganesh temple and we have to climb 50 steps to reach the temple.
We enjoyed food from small eateries at the bottom selling tasty momos, veg pakoda etc. Nice place to visit.

Must visit this temple if you are in Gangtok, very peaceful vibe with my Ganesha. You will get best sunset view from this temple. Must start your journey with Ganesha

A temple of the Lord Ganesh. Situated Infront of Himalayan Zoo. There are lots food and shopping stall too outside of the temple . Puja dali is also available inside the temple premises . There are a big parking area for bike and car . You will have to reach to the temple by stepping lots of upstairs . Along with the Ganesh Temple there is the Lord Shiva Temple too . There is a view point point too .

Ganesh Tok is a small temple and popular tourist destination in Gangtok. The temple, dedicated to the Hindu deity Lord Ganesha, is located at the top of the hill. This temple is also one of the famous tourist spots of Gangtok. It is famous for its beauty and excellent location. This temple of Ganesha at this place of followers of Buddhism is the center of faith for tourists. You can see the panoramic view of Kanchenjunga Hill, from here, it would be even better if you visit here in the morning. The panoramic view of Ganesh Tok offers an amazing view of snow-capped mountains. Ganesh Tok very small, colorful flags are tied in the stairs outside, which adds to its beauty. This holy Ganesh Tok surrounded by mountains, natural landscapes, and beautiful hills.

Ganesh Tok is a temple dedicated to Lord Ganesha at an uphill Gangtok. The temple was built in between 1952 and 1953. Here, apart from engaging in worship, one can have what is perhaps the best views of the city of Gangtok. The road to the temple is embellished with colourful prayer flags, and makes the journey much more pleasant.

Ganesh Tok is a Ganesha temple located at 2 kms from Gangtok which is a beautiful Hindu temple with little steps we need to climb. We visited here during March 1st week, 2023. Local costumes are available on cheap hiring basis. One can wear and take very good photographs with temple background or with beautiful forest or valley background. There was no rains or snow cover at this place. Parking is available. Snacks are also available. One can relax with comforts viewing sceneries.

It is one of the highest point of Gangtok and a small but very beautiful temple of lord Ganesha is situated here. The view from the top of the hill is amazing and there is a small market near the temple where can can purchase various items. One of the most visited place in Gangtok

The Ganesh Tok is situated on a scenic hillock near Gangtok. There is a beautiful temples of Lord Ganesha and provide breathtaking views of the whole Gangtok city. It is located on the way to Hanuman Tok. The temple have some fast food stalls as well who sell amazing fruit salads and other snacks. There is a haunted house nearby too but we didn't go but may be tried. In all an amazing place to worship as well as enjoy the city views from the top...

Every beautiful lord Ganesh temple situated here.view from top of the temple was amazing,there is market at the gate of temple where you can buy lots of things, food stall is also available here,
Here you dress up like Sikkim or Tibetan attire which was give you extra boost in your tour,
I would highly recommend a visit Ganesh Tok in morning time ( rush free),

It's a temple with a viewpoint. The view from here is good. It's a place worth visiting. Spooky house and a zoo is also located closeby on a walking distance from here. Hanuman Tok also located just few kms from here.

Ganesh Tok is very beautiful and quiet temple in Sikkim. It is 6 KM from Gangtok and is a old temple. You can see beautiful Scenery ( Mountains and Valley )from the temple. There is refreshment shop and other local market present here. One can shop gifts and other items from here.

GANESH TOK, Gangtok, Sikkim temple is located in top of the hill. Oppside of Himalayas Zoological park. Lord Ganesh ji is blessing everyone. Most important place to visit in Sikkim. Very beautiful lord Ganeshji statue. Mesmerized. From the temple view tower you can see whole Gangtok city. Amazing wonderful beautiful nice excellent fantastic good temple and views.

Temples r always beautiful on hills surrounded with green hills. Peacefull place . Statue of lord ganesha is really beautiful with silver sitting stand . Must visit. U get tea n snacks also near to temple

A temple with a viewpoint in Gangtok. One can get the view of Kanchenjunga from here. Visitors can keep there shoes outside before entering the temple. You can wear their local dress too as this viewpoint is perfect for clicking pictures.
