For DCB Bank, Jangali Maharaj Road Branch, Pune-
Got a threatening call from one of their employees Sameer to pay a credit card payment for some random person whom I have never heard of. They had my residential address and threatened to file a complaint against me without even informing what the issue was related to.
The employee Sameer was very rude, they didn't provide their full name, designation to me nor bother explain the issue, at the same time hung up the phone before I could ask anything.
This is a very disappointing behavior by a renowned bank.

Fraud and worst bank ever just wasting our time and money. It took 6 to 8 months for them to provide my home loan foreclosure and now after paying full amount since 2 months they haven't provided me original papers.
