The birth place of the great and brave Chaphekar brothers who have not only laid their lives for the freedom of our country but also inspired millions of Indians by their act of bravery and patriotism.

A national museum has been proposed here by the Committee and this place is a must visit if you are in Pune or Pimpri-Chinchwad.

The place itself inspires us today.

Very important Historic place in Chinchwad to visit.

Chapekar Museum is an very Chapekar wada ( House ) where the Chapekar Brothers use to live here . This Wadda/Museum shows live memories of the Chapekar Brothers. It consists of many instruments used by Chapekar Brothers. And a well behind the house. Really it motivates us to love our nation and sacrifice for our nation.

It is normally closed, but luckily it’s open on 14tn-16tn of August. Hysterically beautiful place. Well maintained.

A beautifully restored place with a museum. A reminder of India's freedom struggle. Though its small it has few photographs from an era gone by.

It is a great historic place, where chapekar brothers were lived. The place is full of energy and have enthusiastic environment, the place where the historic movement was established. Padma shree Girish ji Prabhune made this place as National museum. Every Indian feels proud to visit the Chapekar wada in Chinchwad.

This place is of historical importance. Chapekar Bandu use to reside here, who played role in India's freedom fight against Bretishers. This place is now converted into small museum

Chaphekar Wada is the residential home of the Chapekar Brothers. The four freedom fighters – Damodar Hari Chapekar, Balkrishna Hari Chapekar and Vasudev Hari Chapekar were hanged in Pune for killing British official Walter Charles Rand on June 22, 1897. Till 1997, the wada's condition was deteriorating. Gondya Ala Re.

This place used to be residence of Revolutionary Chapekar brothers during their stay at Chinchwad. The original Waada (spacious house) must have been spacious. Chapekar Smarak Samitee, the committee in control of this place has done a commendable job of restoring the place and using it for various activities contributing towards upliftment of society. One can see various pictures and framed articles that are consistent with the ideology of great Chapekar brothers. There is no entry ticket required to visit this place. Currently construction work is in proposed to extend the structure.
One can always feel the positive vibrations inside this place. The place is always neat and clean. The Devaghar (idols of God) that Chapekar family would worship can be seen here. They do perform daily pooja here.
This place has significant importance in the cultural and social development and movements in PCMC and Pune.

Pre-independence Indian bungalow which hosted a lot of meetings and gatherings to drive the British away.. well maintained till now.. but needs more funds and care.
