I used to always check out gold ornaments on bluestone mobile applications, and I was so in love with that particular earring, which was quite unique as it was a sui dhaga collection. I have never owned an earring of such design. So, I was very interested in I, so I called all the bluestone stores in Pune and enquired about all the charges and how they are applied. So, they arranged an appointment for me, and we went to check all the sui dhaga collection they had.

So, the store is amazing, everything is organized properly, and the theme is so color coordinated. I just loved the overall look of the store. The staff were just very helpful and very understanding. They heard what I wanted and how I wanted it. The whole experience went very well. The billing was also very easy, and they cleaned the whole earrings before handling them.

I noticed something that the value of earrings online is much cheaper than compared to the store. They explained that it is because of the weight of the good. It’s better to visit the store and buy after checking it rather than getting it online.

The collection and the staff both are amazing. I used the gold scheme where u can exchange the gold for a higher carat value. I am satisfied with the way they handled my request and the overall experience is great.

Must visit because local jewellers don’t give you the promised carat that they charge for, and this will not be an issue with branded jewellery shop like bluestone

We had an amazing experience at this store. We were assisted by Silviya. A very down to earth and sweet lady she is. She is very knowledgeable and is aware of the schemes and options. She is a hard worker and we also got a hamper from her on buying a 10+1 Gold Plan scheme that we had planned for my mom. There are many options of designs as well. Silviya is one employee who we found to be professional and very nice to customers. We wish her to keep it up and lots of blessings for being a good person that she is.
