If I could rate lower than this - very poor customer service. Employees need to go through some basics of customer management and the cost is not cheap enough. Has gone there and asked for milk, they don’t have in menu. It’s ok, asked for coffee without decotion for kids and that person refused. I have never seen any Local tea shop fellow refuse milk for kids and first time seeing this in a mall. Very poor service and don’t recommend

This is what I got for "Fried Idli". This was the worst idli I had in my life.

Salt less coconut chutney, sambar like varan daal and seven taste uttapa haa same taste with different toppings.

Idli are so dry as if lying open for more than 12 hours
