Shri Chatushrungi Devi Temple

Must visit this temple if you love peaceful surroundings. I went on Saturday evening and there wasn’t rush. You will have to climb stares to get to the temple. There is pay and park available for 10/- per hour so parking experience was smooth. There are benches if you want to spent some time in the beautiful peaceful surroundings.

Chattushringi goddess in the reigning deity of the city of Pune. She is also known as Mahakalee, Mahalakshmee, Mahasaraswatee and Ambareshwari allies Shri Devi Chattushringi. Her temple is situated on the slopes of a mountain in the North-West of Pune. This is in the midst of nature's scenic beauty. This 90 ft. high and 125 ft. wide temple is looked after by Shri Devi Chattushringi Mandir Trust .

Beautiful temple located on a hill top. The temple is very beautiful and gives you a bird's eye view of the city from the top. The temple has very strong energy vibes. Peaceful place. No photography is allowed inside the main temple. Except for the stairs, the temple does not have a trolley or any other means to reach the main temple in the hill top.if you plan to visit here please visit early morning or during evening hours to avoid the Harsh sun.The temple has a lot of flower bearing trees which are a treat to the eye.

The Temple is located on SB road near Pune University. Temple is situated on top of the hill, it’s a very clean place and a wonderful atmosphere because of trees plantation. Paid parking is available there. Around 150 steps are there to reach Devi maa…Jai Mata Di

Best time to visit in these days...no rush due to rain. Located near senapati bapat road. Road touch entry. Calm and peaceful environment. No charges for entry except for parking that is 10 rs. Really nice place in city. Near so many places to visit. Go for it.

A very important religious place.
The temple of Chattushrungi Devi is a very important religious destination in Maharashtra which attracts devotees from all over the India. The campus of the temple is very well designed and kept cleaned as well. The parking is at the very start once you enter the arch gate of campus. There are series of steps that further take you to the base of main temple. Alternatively, car can also be taken to the base from a small road besides. Once enter the main temple base, there are a number of steps that take you to the top. There are various other temples as well inside. The main devi temple is at the very top. It will take you not more than 10 min to reach there.
The temple is beautiful with great views of the city. The campus is designed very well and there is also a new proposal for the design.

One has to climb 170 steps to reach the Chatushrungi devi.
We went early morning and it was so pleasant and beautiful.
There are multiple shops in the premises to buy flowers and prashad and you can pay after you are done with the darshan.

Around 150 steps to reach the Chaturshrungi temple. Very clean and peaceful place. Can see nice view of Pune city from the top. Have 2/4 wheeler paid parking at the entrance and opposite of temple. Temple open from morning 7 am to 9 pm.

We are no one to give stars or judge God. But if we talk about the structure and the architecture of the temple... It's seemed quite beautiful to me. The entire temple had been structured on a hill. So the view from the top is beautiful.

Visited last recently last week. It is under construction right now but open for the darshan. This beautiful temple located in the mid of pune city, best for one day bike trip.
Good amount of stairs to climb.I will suggest to carry water alongside.

Near to pavallion mall.
No entry fee.
No parking charges.

Perfect place in City to visit for weekends . Better to go early morning or evening hours so that small trek becomes easy. There are enough places to take rest while you are climbing stairs.

Overall the height of the temple is 100 ft approx so one needs to take 170 to 200 testcases.

Once you reach the top the view of Pune City is really nice.

Prasad one can buy from the counter 30rs each.
Mobile phones are not allowed inside temple premises.

Visited Chaturshrungi temple.. quiet and peaceful place for devotees.. as of today not much rush… It has both two wheeler and four wheeler parking … charges for two wheeler parking is 10/- . Must visit . There is also a small juice center for snacks and eating

Recently visited Chaturshrungi temple at SB road. Considered as holy and old temple among devotees. As this temple situated on hill, there are steps to climb up. It can take up to 10-15 minutes to climb up. Photography is not allowed inside the temple but you can click photos around temple area which is peaceful and beautiful. And you can see pune's view from top and in rainy season it's too beautiful. During navratri, many devotees visit here.
