Kali Bari is historic Hindu Temple in Khadki, having Kali Mata murti along side Ganeshji and Shivji idols. One of the oldest temples in Pune city with Puja options available by Kalibari Samiti. It is most popular during Navratri as huge artificial temple (evening lights give magical look) is created with beautiful and heavenly Murti of Durga Maa, along side various tableau of Lord Krishna. Experience is divine, must visit.

It's a 80 year old kali mandir. I visited on the day of kalipuja. There were many Bengalis visiting the place. You'll also get bhog (prasad) there. Durga puja is also celebrated just beside the kali mandir. Definitely visit this place if you're in Pune.

I visited the temple in the Navratri season and the Kali Bari samiti built an extraordinary Pandal of Maa Durga. The design and carvings of the Pandal were eye catching with exceptional decorations and lighting. There were various cultural functions organized in the premises of the Kali Bari and being in the state of Maharashtra, there was a beautiful depiction of Bengali culture in Pune Kali Bari.

Visiting this temple is not just about religion but also a peaceful journey for the soul. One leaves feeling very peaceful and content.

Being a probashi Bengali, Khadki Kali Bari is the only place that gives Bengali vibes from childhood. Must visit during Durga puja and Kali Puja.

Visited this place during Durga pujo and once before during Saraswati pujo,in a different land all the Bangalis gather here for their own festivities, you know how it feels to find people speaking your language in a far away place. 🥹

The main Kali temple in Pune, it serves as a spiritual resort and community spot for Bengalis in the city. Being situated in Khadki, the temple is slightly far from the heart of the city. Night visits are recommended only during Kali Puja (Diwali) and Durga Puja, when the temple holds special pujas, attracting masses of people.

The temple is built in the typical Bengali 8-chala style. The main central temple houses Kali, flanked by shrines of Shiva on the left and Ganesha on the right. The temple premises are very well maintained.

Great arrangements for Durga Puja. Lots of parking space. Good food stalls. Nice cultural programme.

Beautiful arrangement. Pandal decoration is very nice. Kudos to the entire organising team. We had bhog there too. It was very good.

This place got its name from the famous Hindu temple of Goddess Kali, basically known as time controller (one who has total control of kaal).
This place has always been serene and calm the whole year.
Adjacent to it, is the Ayappa Swamy temple which is worth a visit as well. The place is located at the heart of Khadki (earlier known as Kirkee). It is well connected to Khadki railway station and the metro station, which is under construction.

Went there for maha ashtami.. it was such a blissful positive vibe

Very spacious temple(provided entire bengali population doesnot reach there as happens during Kali Puja. Parking is available but limited. One can park at the Ayyappan temple is they dont object. The approach from the southern parts of Pune is very congested ...narrow railway u underbridges.

Great vibe of Durga Pooja. Enjoyed the Bhog Aarti on the Maha Navami.

This is nice temple to visit near Khadki rail station, hardly 20 mins driving from Wakad. Ample parking around the temple as plenty of open places around. Durga puja is organized every year. Lots of food stalls around. Sweets, kachori, chowmin, rolls etc. Also khichudi bhog available. Overall nice place to enjoy puja with your family.

Always an awesome experience. I had been visiting there since last 3 years every Durga Pooja and this place never stops to amaze. Superb decoration with live performances. They also offers wide variety of veg and non vegetarian food with authentic Bengali Sweets. Must visit during Durga Pooja.
