The worst thing to happen during a ride on a Duke 390 is Low Oil Pressure.
As soon as the service opened by 8 am the team immediately taken in consideration to do a full check up and replaces the faulty part, thorough test rides was done before delivering the vehicle to ensure the fault has been rectified. Highly satisfied by the service team and the interaction.

Very good KTM showrrom. KTM bike was my dream bike.

This bike is very good bike. I am very happy. Servicing is costly but not too. Riding experience is very good. Looks are best.
Pros:-
1.The bike speed is so much better than another bikes.
2.When you ride this bike you feel good in public.
3.The bikes looks are too good.
Cons:-
The bike sitting is not too comfortable but it's ok in 1-2 weeks.

Riders are always comfortable....

In Pathanamthitta they have put a beautiful KTM showroom. Almost all the models of KTM are available there which KTM have launched in India. But I doubt whether they give test driving.

I own a RC 200 , and I have bought my ride from KTM PATHANAMTHITTA .
To be frank , I was always in a bad impression that buying a import brand motorcycle from a area like pathanamthitta may end me up in service issues.
But I am much satisfied with the both the sales and service @ KTM Pathanamthitta .
I would like to specially thank Ashique Keepanal ( sales head ) and Mr.Sanju ( showroom manager ) for satisfying my needs as a customer.
Moreover even though the service area is small KTM pathanamthitta has a team of good service proffesionals where u do not have much delay in getting ur ride serviced.
