MNGL Customer Care Office

My review is very good. I have visited the Shivaji nagar office at 10.30 am. I was guided by security and reception correctly. Both were very helpful.
Further, I have visited the staff. They were very cooperative and finished the work in just two minutes.

This is incorrect location. This office has been shifted on the 1st floor of "Sakal (सकाळ)" newspaper's corporate building. This office is hardly 3-4 minutes walking from the Zenith complex.

MNGL Service: I found their service to be very quick. My overall experience in this office was pleasant. Hence, giving them full marks.

Vehicle Parking: Parking in the "Sakal (सकाळ)" building premises seems to be only for people working there. Also, since this building is very near to Shivaji Nagar railway station, don't expect vehicle parking on that road. Instead, you can park your vehicle near "Sakhar Sankul" (K.B. Joshi path) and from there take a walk.

I haven't visited MNGL office but have interacted with their customer service number of times. The way the customer service is trained to interact is out of the world. Extremely polite desk with a intention of solving your problem. Very proactive, knowledgeable and very good listeners. Lightning action on your subject is a positive of MNGL. Really appreciate. India is improving.......

It was a Very good experience when I visited MNGL Office. I went there for name transfer with NOC of earlier owner. It's inside Sakal Office. You will have to park your car outside on road as parking is only for Sakal.

There are no one come for reading of my MNGL home connection last 9months to go. How to pay bills I can't Understand.

Customer Care Department of the Company has very co operative staff with excellent help desk to serve us better. Issues regarding to new PNG connection, online connection, modifications in the existing route for new changed kitchen (Nominal charges may apply), maintenance activities and the other services related to PNG has perfect solution.

The customer care office has shifted out of zenith complex to Sakal Building 1st Floor at Shivaji Nagar

For a government office it was very good experience.. Issue sorted in just 30.mins..
