Just returned from dining at ITC and it was a pleasant experience. The buffet had a lot of variety and there were many dishes that stood out. The live music was amazing. The desserts were my favourite. Special mention to Dora who kindly served us during our visit.

Rooms are very spacious and bright and heart of the city. Centrally located and easy access to race course and nearest locations in the city.

Food is nice and service is good we have attended the wedding at ITC. Well organised and the event was more luxury.

We had a wonderful dinner at Welcome Coffee Shop. It was a lovely spread with a wide variety of food. The Tiramisu shots were the highlight. My compliments to Chef Dayanidhi!

Very neat and clean, cozy, spacious rooms. Buffet breakfast choice is relatively less compared to other hotels in the same category, but the spread is sufficient and excellent to taste. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Free parking is available outdoors and in the basement. Is at city center, so traffic can be challenge during peak hours.

Ive stayed at dozen of hotels but this was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staffs was very hospitable especially Dora. She was very delightful and eager to help. She went above and beyond for us to accommodate our needs.
Room were super comfortable and clean. Breakfast were top notch and nice ambiance ard the restaurant Great location and definitely would recommend to anyone. We would for sure stay here if we are comin back.

Dora in the restaurant was very attentive and we really enjoyed hearing about the history of the cotton from another employee. The warm welcome with drink was really appreciated. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Thought the bathroom glass wall with blinds very weird and didn't like that.

I had my wedding reception at ITC. Something I don't regret at all! The room services, guest care, food was top-notch! Immense gratitude to the manager Mr. Manoj, for looking after everything and making it prefect! ITC is now on the top of our list if whenever we travel. The reception party was awesome

We regularly come here for Sunday morning breakfast. The options are decent but the service from the staff working there is very very good. That's the reason we frequent this place. Thank you ITC for that

I came here from an other hotel to have some dinner. This hotel was so amazing so I booked a room immidiately and took my luggages from the other hotel. Rooms are so clean and nice, dining area is wonderful and the live music for dinner is great.
The staff is very lovely, especially Dora, Palvin, Sinheibi. I travel alone and I felt it’s very safe place. The food was the best, I tried everything and loved it. Unfortunately I had no time for spa and pool but next time definitely try. I’m sure when I come back to India, I will book a Welcome Hotel again.

We had visited for the New year's lunch buffet and had a really good experience. The variety and taste of food was good and the service was excellent. Ms. Sinheibiband and Mr. Sneh kumar attended to us really well and made us experience really pleasant. The live music by Mr. Tyron Davey was awesome and set the tone for the lunch beautifully. Definitely the best hotel to stay once in Coimbatore. Cleanliness is spectacular. Love the food, especially, dal chawal and fries 🤤!! Friendly staffs and the vibes also are so nice ✨

I had a wonderful time with my Colleagues at the Welcomhotel 2 days back. We had a great get together from Tata AIA Life Insurance Company along with Recognition programme.

The Hotel was very good in terms of service and ambience. Staffs and service waiters were very well trained and deserve a good appreciation and reward.

I just visited the restaurant and the ambience and food was awesome, just the mix veg dish was not worth it rest all fast food dishes are awesome and tasty.

Great room. Nice food. Located very close to the race course walking track and smart city park (both of which are must visit spots). Very nice spa as well. Outstanding green initiatives (almost no plastic anywhere). Very courteous and helpful staff. Thank you Priya and team for making my stay great 👍🏽

Ala care menu for lunch : mushroom pepper roast made by Chef Suresh is very authentic style and mouth watering . Elaneer payasam was simply out of the world . Highly recommended dessert here !
