Before opting Pinnacle hospital for further treatment to my mother Saraswathi S, I have been visitied all the hospitals in Vizag & Kolkata regarding her cardic issues. Each every hospital advised to go for immediate surgery. Due to very low will power and mentally ill my mother was not ready for surgery. With some of my frnds suggestion I visitied STAR pinnacle and consulted Mr SC Sinha, Ideally I need to bow my head and touch his feet for his patience and right guidance. He Cleary explained what exactly issue is, My mother has Ariotic valve damage, @ average 45% initially in 2019. He even explained the reason for this issue clearly, basically it was birth complication and it will be diagnosed at age complications. He advised to for medication and this medication procedure went until 11/08/2022, recently we have done Angiography unfortunately we came to know she also have blockages in heart and she need to go heart bypass and that too immediately. Surgery procedure was suggested to Dr. L.Vijay, again a best person to believe,Very polite, cooperative and he has very Good feedback in Vizag In perspective of Heart Surgens. Today I.e. 16th Aug'22 today we choose to go for Major surgery, Mr Vijay counseled abt surgery procedure and Risk involved in it. I'll write my continution feedback after surgery & Discharge.

I'm writing this review on 13th of Apr'24, Almost 9 months after the surgery. Once again I take a chance to thank the Star pinnacle hospital, staff, Dr SC Sinha, Dr L. Vijay. My mother is really doing good. She is completely normal and with good heart function rate.

My mother has undergone surgery for her valve replacement in this hospital. The way she was treated and counselled by the Surgeon Dr L Vijay is really awesome. He is the best surgeon and he won all our hearts. Its been three months that the surgery was done and she is all fine now. Now, She is being treated by Dr CV Rao, a very good and experienced doctor. Heartfelt thanks to the staff of the hospital for their care and prompt service.

My 3 years kid undergone a endoscopy. The doctors and nurses were so kind. Even the receptionist was so kind and friendly to know the status of endoscopy.

I was delighted the was the ground floor security incharge also have enquired the status.

I felt a family in the teams of doctors to the nurses and the staff.

I am impressed Team Pinnacle.
