Enjoyed my stay here due to cost effective rates, Decent cleanliness, Responsive house keeping staff, Decent food, no noise. Location is perfect. And much better, cost wise compared to other hotels in Vizag. 2 balconies and 2 rooms in a suite.bathroom was small for a suite room but we adjusted.
Would recommend to family who are not looking for luxurious stay.

I gave it 5 star rating reasons behind that are below
1. The location of this hotel is very nice in front of the beach,and in the city u don't have to go far for any facility.
2. It's cheaper then any other hotel which is situated nearer to the beach ,u just have to choose deluxe or super deluxe room, just because u can't see the sea from the ground floor rooms. U find rooms tariff by the aptdc site.
3.food is also very reasonable in price and quality is also up to the mark.

We, altogether eight members, had our stay at a very cordial ambience of APTDC Hotet Haritha, Vizag, situated almost in the lap of Kailashgiri and in front of Lumbini Park on the beach. The sea is viewed from each balcony and some rooms.
My gratitude to the Manager & the staff fails to be let out in words. One bag of ours was mistakenly left in the lobby & we already reached the station. On request they sent it to us through a biker at the quickest possible time. I strongly recommend this Hotel for such cooperation.
But I would suggest they should provide a variety in the complimentary breakfast and rooms need to be maintained more meticulously.
Once you visit, you'll definitely be in a spell...

Very good hotel and rooms are neat and clean nice room service staffs are very friendly.
Beside 200mt from left is kailasagiri ropeway service. Front is sea and beside right appx
2.5km RK beach from hotel to risikonda beach is 7.5km. auto and bus stop is very near from hotel.
Rooms are not so costly. Nice place to spend some time with family..

We stayed here for 4 days, rooms are average, sea facing rooms on 3rd floor are amazing, there is balcony for each room. Complimentary breakfast is too good. Reciptionst staff is very helpful.

The best place in Vizag if you want to stay at Beach Front but without the hustle bustle of RK beach. Rooms are excellent and all sea facing. Restaurant food quality and quantity are great. Staffs are well behaved and very cordial. RK beach is just 10 mins by auto. Every type of transportation is available always. Kailasgiri rope way and Tennati park and beach are walkable distance. Really loving it.

I have stayed in Haritha Hotel near beach, Visakhapatnam on 9-01-2019. It is very near to RK beach, Kesava Giri and Rushikonda beach. Hotel is very neat and comfortable. We can see beach from balcony. It is attached with bar and restaurant. It is a Veg and Non vegetarian hotel. Common kitchen for veg and non veg. Staff are telling different utensils are used for vegetarian and non vegetarian preparation. Complementary breakfast will be provided on next morning.

Comfortable to accommodate here..the rooms are quiet old but if you want a safe and pocket friendly accommodation, you can think of this. They provide foods in reasonable price in their attached restaurant.

A good value for money hotel well maintained by APTDC. ground floor has non-ac rooms whereas from 1st to 3rd floor has AC rooms. The hotel provides complementary breakfast. Sea view from 2nd and 3rd floor are very nice.

APTDC Hotel at Vizag, excellent accomodation with lift facilities . Clean room and good services. Food quality is good.

I with my family stayed for a night halt. We were traveling back from Kolkata to Hyderabad. The hotel is situated at a very convenient place just opposite to the lumbini park on Rishikonda Beach Road. The hotel do have parking place but I guess during the rush season it will be not enough if most of the guest comes with there personal vehicle, but enough place to accommodate 10 cars.

We opted for the ground room as it was just a night halt. The hotel is very old, we never kept a high expectation as well, all we wanted was a clean hygiene room with attached toilet which delivered and we were happy with the facility considering the price.

We had evening snacks and dinner there, they have a nice spacious cafeteria. We ordered chicken pakoda, which was made on order served hot kids really loved it.

Andra Pradesh Tourism hotel. Value for money. Approx 3.5 km from main R k beach square but walking distance from sea side. Beware the beach is very dirty here and unsafe also. From station auto charges 80 to 100 rs. Bus is also available just ask for Appu Ghar or Kailashagiri bus. 400 Metre from Kailash Giri ropeway.

APTDC hotel opposite Appughar on the Beach road.3.5 km from RK Beach and 1.5km from Kailasagiri, 6 km from Rushikonda, 8km from Visakhapatnam Station.Well connected by local Auto and taxis. Very good accommodation for budget travellers.Rooms at 2nd floor offers good views of sea

If you're a family of 3/4 and in a dilemma while booking the hotel room, you can call the hotel to solve your doubt ;) (Rules can be mended 😛)

I booked a suite here for 2700 rs/ night.

I was surprised to find out that I got a Sea View Balcony and a look of Kailasagiri Hill.

In the entire Beach Road stretch, this is the only hotel which is very economical and offers you a great view and a relatively comfortable stay.

Bed in the suite is "JUST" sufficient for 2 people, but you get a drawing room too with a small bed which is sufficient for 1 person. Hotel is relatively old, but that cannot be a deterrent. Maintenance can be improved though. This hotel is maintained by APTDC, Govt of Andhra Pradesh.

There's a restaurant in the ground floor that's sufficient in case you're lazy to step out of your hotel. Prices are not expensive. You get a free buffet breakfast too.

Great place. We booked online from aptdc and were lucky enough to get a beach facing room at reception.
Rooms are very clean and decent enough. Staff was also very courteous.

This is the only Andhrapradesh tourism government hotel of Visakhapatnam, situated 7 km from the railway station at a prime location exactly opposite to the Lumbini Park. Double bed room tariff stars from 1568 (including GST) rupees. Complementary breakfast is served at the restaurant from 08:00 to 10:00 hour everyday and it is served at table. If you want a refill you can ask the waiter anytime. Rooms are big and clean with sofa set, a wall safe and a wall mount dressing table. In the bathroom there is a geyser, English style latrine and a wash basin. Visakhapatnam City Tour bus starts from this hotel at 09:00 hour everyday.
