Extremely clean and beautiful Railway Station in West Bengal. Only few Express train halts, mostly this station is Busy because of transportation in through railways. Both Unreserved and Reservation tickets can be taken from out counter of the station. Evening and Morning walk will be pleasant though in Winter.

The Tamluk Junction railway station in the Indian state of West Bengal, serves Tamluk, India in Purba Medinipur district. It is on the Panskura–Haldia line. It is an important junction station in the south-eastern division of Indian railways. One can catch Haldia or Digha bound trains from here. The station is beautifully decorated.

It's a small station within Tamluk Municipality, East Medinipur West Bengal. The station area is neat and clean. A couple of trains towards Digha and Haldia pass through this station. Ample amount of parking space available. Timetable of trains from Tamluk Station is given for helping others.

Tamluk Junction Railway Station is a small but well-maintained station in Purba Medinipur district of West Bengal.

The station has three platforms and a few basic amenities such as waiting rooms, toilets, drinking water and food stalls. The station is clean and tidy. The station is well-connected to nearby towns and tourist attractions by buses and auto-toto.
The station is not very crowded and has a peaceful atmosphere.
I would recommend this station to anyone who wants to visit the historical and cultural sites of Tamluk or the scenic beaches of Digha.

Very beautiful station with pollution free😍of Purba Medinipur. Both mail as well as passenger trains have stoppage here. It was well known for d Panskura–Haldia line.🚉. Outside d station people can easily get toto and bus, jeep for various destination from this station.

Clean station full of natural beauty

Tamluk Rail Station is a very clean and well maintained Rail Station at East Medinipore District of West Bengal.

Cleanliness:
Very clean station, probably cleanest part of the town.

Washroom:
Clean wash room is available for male and female just opposite to the ticket counter.

Trains you can get here:
Both mail as well as passenger trains have stoppage here. So this station has an important role for connectivity.

Distance from Bus Stand:
It is about 1.5 km far from Tamluk Hospital More Bus Stand.

Escalator:
No escalator is available here, only pedestrian foot over bridge is there. So, you need to care when there is an aged passenger.

Coach number display:
Coach number display at particular coach location is not available here. Hence, you need to ask station manager prior to get the desired coach location otherwise, you need to rush at the arrival of the train.

Enquiry counter:
I did not notice any enquiry counter when I entered the station. In case of any quarry you can contact station manager's office at platform no 1.

One of the cleanest station with beautiful wall painting on stairs everytime I go to this station I find peace ... really really calm place with few trains passing by and amazing view......... If you live nearby would recommend visiting for leisure time

You can go Kolkata ,Haldia and Digha from this station..all type of local and express train stop here...

The station is very nice and clean with well decorated in the upstairs by painting. A flower garden is also maintained recently.

This station situated at behind the present DM building. It is nea about 1.75km distance from Tamluk Hospital More. Very neat and clean station and peaceful and happy environmen and well decorated...... Every morning many peoples are coming for morning walk and afternoon also... Every day afternoon Young generations are coming for their time pass.. in front of the station adorned a beautiful flower garden.,

Great experience recently a lift was also being prepared there and vit cleanliness needed and of course the view is too notch

Well maintained station

Tamluk Junction is a very important railway station in Purba Medinipur.Haldia industrial area and best tourist spot Digha are connected by this station.
