Those interested in history and architecture will enjoy visiting the place

This is actually a historical place but due to lack of maintenance it's now become a haunted house,but in recent time central government has taken some necessary steps to renovate the building.

This was a special experience that a rajbari made of bricks and there is no cement coating outdide. Though it was in a danger zone, but the total sight was amazing. I wish if I can go again. It's a good time spent. One must visit at weekend, perfect place to go.

Very ancient history of the place.very much please d to come here where netaji had come.the govt should preserve the rajbari and the areas.

Historical place. But not well maintained. Mostly remain closed by Archeological survey of India. Be sure before visiting.

An ancient ruin of palace from the Medieval era. Tamluk Rajbari plays an important role of the history of Tamluk ( Ancient Tamralimpta).

But it's not well preserved. The Archaeological Survey Of India should maintain this historical monument.

A place that beholds the history for nearly 3500 years. The first impression might be that of an old, abandoned and dilapidated house but the more we delve into the historical importance of the place it slowly enchants its way into our minds. The place has a temple inside. Even, the present descendants of the mighty king stay here who will give you a proper historical significance in the form of a story. The Rajbari itself is 900 years old standing strong in the waves of time.
Amazing place to visit. Immensely overwhelmed.

2500 old rajbari with a rich history. Although in ruins now, it has been taken over by ASI for reconstruction. Two popular temples nearby. Worth a day visit.

There's no entry allowed without permission. One backside gate is open here for all. It's now in broken & in danger condition. Once Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose came here to rest before a conference nearby.

Okay, the place is not so big. But you can enjoy a "ruined palace" unlike other historical places which is "perfectly maintained", so much so that it destroys the "historical" ambience and the feeling of 'old is gold'!

There is a large water body apart from the nearby river, and a beautiful kuchcha road 😁, with birds and others animals loitering...

Nice place to visit at Tamluk Raj bari. This place opposite to Tamluk PS. Bus service, e rickshaw facility available over here. This place is good for time pass with family and friends. There is a big ground in front of Raj bari where Mela used to happen during winter time. This place is very quite and nice to visit. You can also park your bike, four wheeler at the ground and visit the Raj bari. Have a great trip ahead!

It was long known as a port. According to the Mahavamsa, an epic history of Sri Lanka, it was the departure point of Prince Vijaya's expedition to colonize Sri Lanka (c. 500 bce) and for the Buddhist missionary expedition dispatched by the Mauryan emperor Ashoka to Sri Lanka 250 years later.

It's a very old Rajbari in Tamluk older than the nearest mahishadal Rajbari,,but due lack of care it's now ruined and hardly anything remains here. The historical value of this is unparalleled

It's all about our history and heritage and a must visit place if you are a history lover.

We Enfield Rider's Community Kolkata went there on 15th august from.. Its a nice place for day ride.

Rajbari is a tradition in India, but the current state of Rajbari is very neglected, I am drawing the attention of the Government of India to save the Indian history. 😡😡😡😡😢😢😢

Historical place. No such crowd near the place. Opposite of Police Station.

Vibe is different... You will know only if you visit.....
