It's a good experience for the whole trip of Munnar sight seeing, Alappuzha-houseboat and Athirapally waterfalls visit. Friendly ambience and service by our travel guide Aji Johny. They provided us with good food and hotel accommodation

Amazing services provided by the Kerala Tour & Travels. When I started searching about the Tours and Travels in Cochin, I contacted Ms Saritha, concern for the travel booking. She patiently noted my requirements and provided me with 3 Nights and 4 Days trip of Cochin- Munnar-Thekkady- Alleppey and back to Ernakulam trip(from 23/10/2022 to 26/10/2022) plan with reasonable pricing. Kerala Tours & Travels have provided the services as promised with out any deviation.
For our trip Ms. Saritha provided us with Ford Sedan Car with very good running condition. Mr. Ranjith, the car driver is highly professional, punctual, honest, sincere, his driving skills are excellent and very safe. Myself and my family members were very much satisfied with 4 days trip. So we extended our trip for one more day of Ernakulam- Athirapally- Vazhachal- Kalady- Ernakulam which was also a wonderful and successful trip.
Only because of the services of the Kerala Tour & Travels and especially the services offered by Ms. Saritha and Mr Ranjith, our family have enjoyed the trip. Fantastic in one word.. I was on HM with paradise and the experience was beyond the expectations. all arrangements were very well. Accommodations, Food an all other activities were very nice. specially the cab driver Mr. Simon act as very good guider an trustworthy.

As my family and I round up a fantastic tour of Kerala, I'm compelled to leave a review here for others to note the excellent service the able guys at KTTC had provided us. Our meticulous chauffeur, Mr. Jose went out of the way to make our stay one for the books. Accommodations left no room for complaint. The tour was planned with provisions of plenty of rest between stops and yet, we hopped from one tourist station to another with nothing but satisfied hearts and minds. I express my heartfelt gratitude for helping us make this tour memorable.

It was an amazing experience in kerala the trip would not be so exciting without Mr. Deepu (chetta) our driver,local guide. He was very helping & caring in nature, he also drove the car very smoothly. Very nice experience with Kerala tours and travels and specifically with our driver (Anni) who is very soft spoken and cool guy. He made our day in Munnar memorable. Anni made our Munnar visit very lively and we spent more time travelling outside, taking many halts and enjoyed the weather. Kerala tours and travelers have very reasonable rates as well.

I took their services fron 1st to 8th December while travelling through Kerala with my wife and 1 year old kid. Right from the pick-up to drop the service was flawless, whether it was the Driver or the conditiom of the vehicle.
Special mention of the driver Vinod who took great pains to make us comfortable and went out of the way to ensure that we got to the most of every day during our tour. Huge thanks to Vinod for making the trip one of the most memorable trips that we undertaken so far.

Both the travel agency and the driver are highly recommended for their professionalism and welcoming attitude. Kudos to them and would love to avail their services whenever I am back in Kerala.
