Dear Chima cars, A very big thanks for delivering the vehicle before the promised time. Mani Bharathy was the cx support person. The very first day when i met him he wished me telling I’ll book the car in a week. His words came true. I really liked the way they treat the customers. Without any hesitation he brought all the cars from TATA for test drive. All the features were explained in detail. Manager Raja also did a wonderful job in helping us choose the car. I didn’t face any problems from Day 1. The process was smooth. From documents to banking work everything was taken care. This will be my second car next to Maruti Alto. I loved the delivery process. Bought Nexon XZA+P from Chima. This is the second nexon car from our family within a year!! They delivered car as promised!! Very customer friendly service. I booked Nexon by mid of October'20 & got it delivered by Jan'21. Usually it takes 3 months everywhere.

Mr.Raja Kutty & his team members r very sincere & gentle on dealing with customers. When I visited Sivakasi showroom, the test-drive car was not available. Though there is big demand on Nexon, his team is not ready to lose a single customer. They brought the test drive car on same day to my home & made me impressed. I booked the car on same time because of their effort to get a customer.

Since I had to move to Chennai in January, I urged them to expedite temporary registration for completing the registration process in my hometown within a week. Mr.Raja Kutty offered his complete effort to finish both the registration process in 4 days. In between I had opportunity to visit Kappalur showroom, they r also very helpful.
