Crowne Plaza Pune City Centre, an IHG Hotel

My recent stay at Crown Plaza was delightful in many aspects. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment throughout my visit. The service was commendable, with the staff being attentive and responsive to all my needs.

However, the hotel's location in front of Ruby Hall Clinic proved to be the only downside. The area is bustling and crowded, which might not be ideal for those seeking a quieter atmosphere. Despite this, the hotel itself managed to provide a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Overall, Crown Plaza offers an excellent hotel experience with its comfortable rooms and top-notch service. While its location may not be perfect for everyone, the positive aspects of the hotel far outweigh this minor inconvenience. I would gladly recommend Crown Plaza to others looking for a pleasant stay in the area.

i recently had a fantastic experience at the crown plaza Pune hotel with friends. The warm and welcoming atmosphere set the tone for an enjoyable stay. The room was maintain clean by housekeeping staff ,and they are really helpful.

Very nice room. Very good service. Omkar ,Badal and the manager Amar at the reception Very helpful and nice. They made our stay very comfortable. They were always available whenever we needed them. Very good location.

On a family trip to Lonavala, suddenly decided to have an overnight trip to Pune. There were 7 of us. I needed 3 rooms for a night.

Location:
Crowne Plaza, City Centre is an excellent property situated in the heart of Pune City.

Booking:
Booked the hotel with the help of Dakshta Mam. Got a great deal. Booked 3 Deluxe Rooms with breakfast and dinner included. With an early check - in.

Rooms:
Excellent rooms with all amenities. Had got all the rooms on the 3rd Floor.

Property:
It's an eight floors property with the Fitness Centre located on the top floor. The swimming pool is on the ground floor.

Food:
Sumptuous buffet spread. It's available on the ground floor at Mosaic.

Staff:
They are very good, all attentive and very helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to visit again soon

I am a frequent visitor of IHG and visited a lot of hotels. Crowne Plaza Pune has the best staff and understanding employees. I was allowed a late checkout because of my flight and was not charged for the late 30 mins. It was indeed a very good experience. Highly recommended.

We have stayed here from last two days, this hotel people are giving very nice service, everything is very good, we had buffet in our plan but when we asked for
special food their shef Mr. Gitesh organised it and it was very yummy and tasty. Must visit this hotel. Very nice staff members.

I have been staying at this property right from the early days when they were originally Courtyard Marriott and now Crowne Plaza. Rooms are great, and so is the food. Roof top restaurant is a unique experiences. I have been my family always.

Chef hitanshu prepares the best chocolate doughnuts. Must try sambhar by chef Omkar. It’s yummy ❤❤

I usually stay in this hotel but this time I got to meet very intelligent and great at his skills Chef Manoj. I was looking for something that was not in buffet however he took initiated and made it deliciously. Apart from that food is always good here with comfortable room. My room was 320.
