Hotel Ketan. A boutique hotel since 1970...

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Ketan. While our room was large especially given it was three of us, we particularly liked the service and the hospitality. Mr Vaibhav at reception and all The staff were very courteous and friendly. The AC in our room malfunctioned, and they resolved the issue swiftly. We also enjoyed the breakfast prepared by their chef, Mr Shivaji. It was authentic to the local cuisine and delicious. Thank you for a relaxing stay:)

I stayed at Ketan hotel for 26 days with my parents and it turned out to be a small home away from home. Service was very good, staff were very polite and helpful, especially Ram. Desk staff were absolute gems, especially Sakit who went the extra mile to help me out...Thankyou Sakit...God bless!

I am writing a review of my second home in Pune - Hotel Ketan...I have been visiting this place since 2013..From then it has been my regular hotel for business related stay at Pune..It is very good hotel and the staff are very friendly.It has also upgraded itself and created a benchmark for other hotels.

Is located on the FC Road ( lots of options available ) and there is nearby healthy walking/jogging park for all health conscious guys..

Visit once to see the beauty of this hotel !!!

I had a pleasant stay at Ketan Hotel thanks to Mr. Vaibhav. He literally saved me from getting stuck at the airport and made sure I have everything I need during my stay. The hotel itself is super nice, clean, cosy and warm. The room was spacious, bright, great view, sparkling clean, has all the items you will need for your stay. I also enjoyed the breakfast they have there in their beautiful backyard. The location is great and the area is one of the best in Pune. Very grateful for Mr. Vaibhav for all his help and kindness!

Thank you very much hotel manager. Last week I have 4 room booking for 2 nights. I have paid advance and I got confirmation also. But on 2nd day I requested for check out. Without any hesitation my request approved though I have intimated that cancellation 1 day prior will be not chargeable. I was in dalmia that what will happen but the person on front desk is very kind. I pray God that such a kind personalities he will deploy in every hotel those can not think about management policies. I am really thankful to that person he saved approx Rs. 18000/ - Be continued with such staff.

My friend and His fiancee Tulsi stayed at Hotel Ketan and On the day of leaving they asked at reception to order the taxi specifically rather than booking of Uber or Ola taxi as he wanted to leave at 3.00 am in the morning for Airport drop. Hotel person asked him to pay Rs. 1200/- as advance and he paid as well. In the morning a car drove to the Airport and it turns out that they ordered as Ola taxi and the driver asked to pay Rs. 350/- in cash. When he told that he already paid the cash at Hotel reception we haven't paid anything again . This whole experience spoiled the nice stay he experienced we had.

I am a regular visitor to Pune and prefer Hotel Ketan over others. Hotel Ketan is centrally located (FC Road). Rooms are specious. Some have balcony attached to it. The staff is amazing, polite and helpful. Front Desk Manager Mr. Vaibhav Kulkarni go above and beyond to help you. Never had a problem in booking a room. They have limited menu for breakfast however food quality is excellent and it is more like home cooked food. I highly recommend this hotel.

The place is right in the heart of the city which makes getting public transport very easy. Also is surrounded by some of the best food joints in Pune.

Stay was really very comfortable. Staff is very courteous and helping. Rooms are comparitively bigger. They serve good breakfast and help you with yoiur zomato / swiggy order.

Mr. Vaibhav and Mr. Dhananjay at the Front Desk are very welcoming and warm. Have seen them go above and beyond what is expected from them.

Highly recommend this place.

You will get a quite peaceful experience there. This hotel is surrounded by tress and everywhere you will get experience of artistry.

This place feels like home away from home! Located in the heart of Pune, it somehow stays quaint and peaceful despite being on a busy street. The hospitality is excellent and the hotel staff members are polite, kind and are quick to respond. Highly recommend this place and I will be back again.

Must stay here if you want accessibility to everything, nearby this hotel you will get cheap shopping shops, fast food restaurants(many), street food and many more.

A very pleasant stay at this serene hotel. Neat and clean rooms, nice breakfast and very courteous staff. And situated at a prime location too. Will definitely visit again.

A touch of heritage in Pune, especially if you want to stay in the midst of huslte and bustle of FC road. Very convenient place for commute and meetings. B'fsat is descent and quick room service.

This place is so close to everything and with a walking score of 9. The hotel is clean,rooms are super cozy and it's super silent at night,helps you sleep like a baby.
One thing I wud love to change is the bathroom- there has to be a glass panel or a curtain dividing the shower area. The whole bathroom becomes wet when one takes a bath...I dont like it.
And yes guys, this hotel doesnt have an elevator. I personally did not have a problem as the hotel is just 2 floors.But yes,they shud highlight it as it wud help people with disability or having issues walking/ climbing etc.
Personally,whenever I will visit Pune again, Ketan is going to be my first choice :-)
