Ginger Pune Wakad

My friends and I had a good 2-night stay at Ginger Wakad. Adjacent to the highway, easily accessible to many places within the city, helps reduce traffic hassles. The staff were extremely polite. Breakfast was sumptuous. Lean luxe room was comfortable and relaxing. Loved the music, a good mix from across many Indian languages. Thank you all at Ginger Wakad for making the New Year's special.

Really liked the food here especially complimentary breakfast. They have many varieties of breakfast options. Staff is very nice Kajal, Subarna, Sangram and Raj.

Stay here was perfect! Archana and Adesh at front desk were really helpful right from check in and check out. Kudos to food and beverage staff for perfect service. Will consider staying here again :)

Very good room service. All the facilities available. Time to time room cleaning. Good conditions of Tv and AC. Provided dental kit, water bottle and shaving kit. Very safe room. Very good hotel and great food. Very good location of the hotel team. Stayed for 1 month. Excellent hotel and service.

Good stay , and got a amazing service , specially tanmay helped with the booking and made the stay memorable thanks to the person for making the stay comfortable and safe.

Just food need to be changed in taste and variety ,

I had very good experience with ginger wakad, the people are very supportive and helpfull. Mr Sangram and Kajal from Restaurant team were exceptionally appreciable in their work and taken good care of us.

The overall service was very good especially the room service.

Mr.Adesh from the front office was very friendly and helped us during our whole stay.
The food made by Mr.Sangram was really tasty and hygienic.

I had been in the hotel for 2 weeks. I would say with my experience it's a incredible hotel to stay for a long time. Room service is good and hotel and restaurant management are very kind and friendly and they served the best food with great taste and hygiene. There are many healthy options for the people who are health conscious.
Restaurant management who I remember upon my stay for 2 weeks Tushar, sangram, joydev are very friendly and always have smiling face while serving. Always greetings the customers when every they see .

Stayed there for 14 days.. absolutely amazing hotel. Rooms were extremely clean, food was tasty. Specially the ambiance was really amazing,comfortable and safe. Atauddin sekh used to do very good job at room servicing and cleaning. I will highly recommend this hotel.

Adjoining Pune- Mumbai Highway/ Expressway. Rooms are decent. Staff is also good. The parking facility is there. Big screens in restaurants. It's especially good to watch live cricket matches. Food is also decent and at the same rate as in the city.

The ambience is really good. The variety of food, quality and service is exceptional. Nice place to visit.

Experience with the Ginger Hotel was great and amazing.I stayed here for 14 days best days.They provide all amenities rooms are nice and clean because of everyday housekeeping.
Best thing about it was there breakfast which is complimentary. They have Verity's of breakfast menu. Everyday they have fresh fruits and fresh juices and many more.Even they have live counters for some dishes.
Restaurant supervisor Joydev , Tushar , Sangram they all are very attentive. They personally attent all guests.And also ask for if anything guest want.

Mr Atauddin/ Asikur . These guys good in rooms service. Specially Atauddin is good behaviour with soft spoken,he is good is all room service. Wash -room Cleening . He is provided all thing on time, whenever we needs for room service is available in all times. He keeps all thing in proper way. He is honest and Hardwark person. .I hope he will given his services like this and get better opportunity in life.

This is my second stay at Ginger Wakad

Once again, booked in an emergency

I'm glad they accepted the booking

But more importantly, and it's vital to mention names of people who do their best

Madhavi Salunke at the reception was having a hard time answering another aggrieved and demanding customer, but while handling them, in parallel, she ensured a speedy check in

Nayan Kamble Sir and I would like to mention that name as is, came upstairs, checked that everything in my room was perfect

The humblest, most perfect, hospitality one can expect

I reviewed it once at Tripadvisor so could not add it again there, my experience

So I came here to express my thanks

Visit Ginger Wakad with an understanding that they will do their best and exhibit the patience that you deserve

They are exemplary

It's not the faults that one should look at.

It's how much comfort they strive to provide

At 1:45 am of this writing, they are waiting for my food order

And I forgot to mention that man's name who took my order and is still waiting for me

The hotel and it's ambience is totally awesome. The hotel staffs are friendly and attentive, the food is quite good. Overall a very good experience !
