Hotel Phoenix

A beautiful, well maintained, old-style hotel. The rooms are good sized with a high ceiling - (unusual most hotels built anytime after 1980!) The placement of the table and chair juxtaposed with a large mirror creates a perfect nook for dressing/ makeup table, as well as a place to write anything or work on your laptop.
Word of caution: the bathrooms have geysers (not boiler nor solar heating system) which is a bit inconvenient because one has to remember to keep 30 minutes geyser-preparation time before being able to take one's bath.

Perfect for people seeking comfort and peace and good breakfast rather than posh grounds and swimming pool!

Despite staying only one night, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here, finding it far superior to Treebo Trend's Serenity Inn. The rooms were generously spacious and well-ventilated, and the provision of four bottled waters, a packet of biscuits, and various tea and coffee options was a thoughtful touch.

Additionally, the restaurant offered an impressive array of delicious dishes. However, I do hope that the hotel considers adding a fish variety to their menu. Overall, I would gladly choose to stay here again in the future.

We loved our stay at Hotel Phoenix. Sunita the staff from the floor supervisor was helpful.
Rooms were clean, food was nice. Overall had great stay.
Only one issue at this location that it is beside factory which leaves bad smell. The smell is so bad that one cannot stay outside for even 5 mins walk. That's the only thing otherwise it is best.

Contrary to other reviews, my experience was pretty good. The place was clean and cozy. Room was pretty spacious and had everything that you’d need for a comfortable stay.
There is some construction going on near by but my room didn’t receive any noise.
Room service was pretty prompt.

Nice & peaceful location, spacious and clean rooms with positive vibes. Also, restaurent is clean with peaceful ambience; breakfast are hot served has good choice of buffet with major styles which gives comfort to everyone to choose as per choice. Menu card is little short but whatever is on the list are tasty hygieneic food & a good serving quantity.
Being a regular visitor i had good connect with Nitesh at reception and Ramesh in restaurent. However, all staffs that is reception, restaurent, housekeeping, basically all services team are very helpful in nature, good people and always ready to serve you the best possible.

Being our first vacation in Pune, it was an amazing stay. Arzoo the receptionist was very helpful and pleasing. Will highly recommend others to stay. Although the bathroom fixtures can be changed and room service timings could be more flexible. Overall a very memorable

It was a very good place to living for a few days, especially food and hospitality of the persons working there is so good.

In the middle of everything but you don't feel like it at all. Surpassed expectations! Nice big rooms with decent everything and balconies. Staff were very kind.

Hotel Pheonix is an amazing place to stay.

From rooms to service to breakfast is top notch.

They have good space in and around the hotel and you can have peaceful morning in the outer area of the hotel.

This place is highly recommended.

And yes it's my 2nd visit looking forward for more.

Superb place to stay in Koregaon Park (Near Westin) The Ambience is superb, lush green surroundings, open dining area if u want to sip a cup of tea or grab a bite. No Traffic noise as its Off the main road. Morning breakfast is good. Rooms r neat, spacious n have huge balconies (not all rooms have balcony though)

Nice peace full, a little iscolated, secured and good location.. you can have a good night life pub and club access in walking distance..

It was a good experience with Phoenix. The rooms were so cleanly maintained and fresh. They have provided all the basic things that you need to stay also the ambience was just awesome and Washroom was clean. Also the balcony view outside the room was so besutiful with seating area seen.

Apart from the excellent room service, quality rooms and tasty food what stands out about Phoenix is its location and pleasant environment. Just 400meters from the main road and you fell as if you are at an hill station. Sitting in the balcony you will be amazed how peaceful and beautiful view you get from here. One can spot many birds in the trees near by and the sitting area outside is also very surreal, one could even meditate here. Best part is its a walk away from all the party places around.

A great hotel right in the heart of the action in KG Park. About half an hour's drive from the airport.

Use an online portal to get the best deal. Rooms are very well equipped, staff are friendly and attentive. Breakfast is included.

Restaurants/Bars near by - The Beer Cafe, Hard Rock Cafe, Irish Village Brewpub, Independence Brewing Co and Effingut.

I had an excellent stay, staff was co-operative, infrastructure is also excellent with great ambience and food was also nice. Only thing is they dont have lift inside hotel. Overall great experience staying here and would recommend anyone visiting pune or koregaon park to stay here.
