Four Points by Sheraton Hotel & Serviced Apartments, Pune

Nice enough rooms, small TVs, maintenance was prompt to fix a screeching AC unit, currently has a limited restaurant and in room dining menu. Well equipped gym and spa. Most importantly are the very kind and helpful staff!

We stayed here for 9 days. We booked the serviced Appartments. Its a good option for long stay as the rooms are spacious. The room service team did a great job in making our rooms everyday. Shoutout to the room service team: Rekha, Om and Rahul!

Wonderful place in pune6if you're looking for a great day experience. Well kept and managed property, courteous staff and a thrilling dining experience. The rooms are nicely done with great care and have a lovely feel. They have a much done dining area with a brilliant buffet spread for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast included both veg and non veg options with a even spread of bakery, eggs and Indian mix along with the usual tea, coffee and cut fruits. Lunch too is a lavish spread of veg and non veg and deserts. The staff there is just too goo and kind to assist you with any request.

All in all a great experience worth every penny.

Wonderful experience. The hotel is bright and clean, the rooms are tidy and luxurious, and the staff are very keen to help you. They had a wide variety of options in the breakfast as well as the dinner buffets. There is a kids play area, a small lawn, and ample parking space as well. For the suite, there were televisions in the living room as well as the bedroom. The dining area was separate, with a dining table and 4 chairs, a microwave oven, an induction cooking plate, enough cooking utensils, a refrigerator. They even gave us complimentary fruits and a wrist band for our baby.

We visited for dinner buffet.. choice in buffet was not much but the taste of food was awesome we met the chef Santra ,sonu and subham they are very smart and respectful..and miss Sudha was very cute and polite thank you very much Eatery staff..

My stay at Four points surpassed all expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a memorable overall experience. Would specially like to thank sagar and bheemraj for the comfortable stay at here for their endless support.

The stay here was wonderful and the cleaning here was just awesome and perfect. Everything was kept on the place it was truly mesmerizing experience staying here... Shiekh Ajamat was just too good in assisting me with everything Many other people here who came for my room cleaning was awesome... Truly I will never forget this moment.

The event cake mixing ceremony held on 17th nov was really planned well and we had a great time . A good beginning for Christmas celebration. The snacks dinner food & drinks served were delicious. Excellent work keep it up.

Also left my Laptop charger here which I got latter after 3 days when I sured them that I left and please check with the service boy. Finaly I got same and they also handover me same with verifying my IDs.

You must go there with family for buffet dinner or lunch.

Right from the Front office and the entire hotel gives a great feeling......House Keeping was attentive and handled requests with great care.....They have a Specialty restaurant on 01st floor that serves some great awadh food along with Live soulful music.....suggest this for Dinners..... The coffee shop on ground floor offers Buffet breakfast with varied options to choose from.....

Awadh5 by Four Points is an amazing destination for Indian cuisine. Perfect ambience , mesmerizing food and quality service by staff. We were very well looked after by Team Lead "Aniket". It's a must visit place if ever happen to be in Pune.

This is a very good hotel for staying in Pune in this price range. They offer many amenities like swimming pool, gym, children's play area, complimentary buffet etc. There are many great offers for snacks and drinks in the hotel restaurant. The staff is friendly and courteous. The rooms are clean and big. There are many services offered with suites and luxury rooms.

A great place to stay , at close proximity to the airport. Their hospitality is at a different level . Right from front desk to the housekeeping , everybody ensures that your stay is comfortable and memorable. This was our 5th stay during a short of 3 months and Iam extremely happy with the way we have been treated. Special thanks to Mr Jitendra ( front desk manager ), travel desk folks ( Mr Kunal and Mr Ravi ) and the housekeeping staff Ms Kavita , who always go that extra mile to attend to our needs and requirements. For travellers looking for a memorable stay / worried about choosing it right , this Hotel will fill in right most of your check boxes!

One of the best experiences I had staying here on a business trip. It's located near Kharadi area. Offers great options in breakfast.
