Worst bank.
The staff is least bothered about their customers. They will just keep pushing you from one desk to other if you have any concerns.
The cashier (Mr binay kumar) is very rude.
I had concerns regarding my account, which is still unresolved. Now I will escalate the matter in RBI banking ombudsman.
Also I will close my account once my issue is resolved.
Central Bank of India is highly Not recommended.

Very worst service... I got a online appointment for adhar card and when I reached there they says adhard card changes officer not come... very irresponsible person work here...

Plz close the bank , i had gone to ask statement of my account for 1 year the staff told me per page 50rs , they cant mail ? , i have to wait for 3 days for statement of one year ?? Is it goverment bank or international bank ??

The staff is very arrogant and I'll mannered, the service is of very low quality and most are permanent employees so they are least bothered about the work.

Worst service given by staff and not noticeable from normal traffic. Didn't have parking space for vehicles.
