Redefining the idea of what a budget hotel means. Clean rooms, spacious washrooms, great amenities. Very simply and yet perfect. Would definitely recommend this if you’re looking for a comfortable stay.
Food in the restaurant was pretty good too! Simple food but very tasty!

Overall this hotel was amazing. It is very clean, eco-friendly hotel. Hospitality of the staff is commendable, also they are very prompt and keep eye on their customers to ensure there is no discomfort. In house restaurant serves amazing veg food - offers lot of variety. The only problem I found was space, bigger rooms and little more space would have been a great plus point but given space constraint it is well made. Will I recommend to others? Yes!!!! Definitely!! It is very cozy and relaxing. Also it is eco-friendly which is a plus point. Hence full score!

Great hotel. Service is excellent. Their concept of keeping snacks and tea content outside every room is brilliant. The staff is very helpful. Food is great, do reservation with breakfast included. Location is nearby FC ROAD market whereas there are many other restaurants available nearby. Overall great great experience.

Faultless!! Truly accommodating. I stayed alone for a week straight out of surgery. I was looked after incredibly well, they met every need. I felt very safe also as a solo, female foreigner.
Comfy bedding, clean rooms. The staff are truly the best part about Centro!!

Pleasantly surprised by the rooms - appealing decor, neat and clean. I loved the way they served in room meals in borosil containers and the beverage and water counter in the lobby.

This is a wonderful place to stay, with cool,green cafe. The scrumptious menu is hand crafted and a picture of health. There are books in the cafe. And you see personal touch in everything… There’s tea and coffee 24x7 in the foyer and a light snack to for the night birds! Strongly recommended for stay ( for the outsiders) and eating out ( for the locals)!!

It is pure vegetarian hotel. They don't even serve egg in room as well not in their restaurant.
I ordered mushroom soup and believe me I never had such tasty mushroom soup ever.
Then ordered garlic bread and hakka noodles. Both were amazing in taste. Masala tea was also nice.
Good ambience and maintain hygiene well.
Must place to visit.

Recently we stayed a night here. I must say that Centro is a very unique property in Pune. Everything is so perfect here - right from the entry till we checked out - the experience in this boutique hotel is just outstanding. Young & enthusiastic team members at the reception took instant care to check us in. The room key pouch had the login & password for the free WiFi access. In many 5 star hotels, we have to ask for the WiFi login details. The room was very clean with perfect lighting and everything was in order in the room as well in the washroom. First time I ever saw the light switches had the logos to indicate - a very convenient way to operate.

The common coffee/tea station on every floor is a very thoughtful idea. 24 hours the guests can make tea/coffee on their own. This solves a lot of problems for the guests as well as for the hotel. I would strongly recommend to increase the height of the coffee/tea station so that one can comfortably stand & make their tea/coffee. The housekeeping staff were equipped with RF hand held device to communicate and they were taking rounds on all floors all the time.

Even the restaurant Chirp served some unique dishes and it’s a very happening place in Pune.

The only issue we faced was, we had a corner room which had a door to the next room as it can be converted into a family room. The door was not insulated and we had quite a disturbance when the next room people talk or watch TV. It was like some invisible people sitting on our head and talking. It was quite disturbing. A solution required to fix this issue.

Another issue is parking. Very limited road side parking outside the hotel, if they are full, then one will face the problem. But the security staff is kind enough to help.

Overall, this is a great place to stay in Pune and I would strongly recommend Hotel Centro. Thanks to Omkar for finding this good hotel in Pune.

Excellent choice for a middle range hotel in Pune. Very clean rooms, comfortable bed excellent shower and very attentive and helpful staff. The restaurant Chirps is also a great plus to the hotel. The menu includes Indian Asian and Western choices. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was amazing. We felt so comfortable and welcome from the moment we arrived. Staff were awesome, special mention to Arman in the restaurant and Ritika at reception for looking after us exceptionally well. Nothing was too much. Rooms were modern and spacious and the restaurant serves tasty food. Best place we’ve stayed in India. Highly recommend!

This is my go to place since the day the hotel started, the reception staff, security,valet, staff at restaurant Bhaskar,Alaudin,Santosh,Sunil,Arman,Binod are just mind blowing

I stumbled upon Centro when I was trying to find affordable + safe + clean + accessible [how unrealistic, no 😁?]. Somehow, Centro managed to tick all the boxes! I loved their whole quirky aesthetic and their menu. It was only after getting there that I realised it was located so close to FC Road and all the nice places to see / eat at! Will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Pune.

Rooms are aesthetic, Quality of water is transparent, smooth Electronic switches & wash rooms maintained at top notch & finally good morning breakfast....

Location is prime .rooms are good .however compared to the price ,they are small and bit congested. no electric kettles provided however they provide hot water if requested.

We were on our first visit to India, for a wedding in Pune, and Hotel Centro had a large part in making the visit a wonderful experience! Their warm hospitality and sincere helpfulness were exceptional. Everyone was great, but special thanks to Mangal and Ritika at the front desk! Great location, clean rooms with everything you needed and good food in the restaurant Chirp. Also, the Bloom rooftop terrace was super for events!
