My experience in causality was very Good. The nurse helped me a lot in absence of my family members. Overall nice experience, doctor take care of me very well.

I have visited this hospital when I was 5 month pregnant. I consulted Dr. Chandramathi, the best gynecologist in the hospital. She was very calm n approachable. I delivered a baby girl after c section. Dr and her team have done their best. I was provided with suite room which was very comfortable and affordable. Overall I had a good experience with this hospital.

A Cracker burn happened to my mothers Eyes and went to Valluvanad Ottapalam Hospital on April 2023. I am basically from Chennai, but we came to our native for vacation. So that was the first time when I visited the Hospital after our neighbours advice. But the treatment which was given was extraordinary by Dr.Chaitra -Eye specialist. We were really amazed with her treatment. She has done complete check up and made sure that my mom is completely fine. Also with her medicines the fire burn got cleared in a short time. I really want to tell about this hospital and doctors. I was born velluvanad hospital.I haven't needed to go to the hospital since then.
A months ago i admitted in hospital regarding URINE INFECTION,BACK PAIN.but that's become a dangerous situation. That's KIDNEY INFECTION i first time to met my doctors'DR MAHARAJAN SIR, DR ELENGOVAN SIR, DR SREERAM SIR. This doctors become a part of my life.
The Urine infection continues came in my body but we don't know why this 3 doctors finded that that's a RARE cause 1 Surgery combleted in velluvanad hospital. A for major surgery it is in another hospital. Doctor helping me a lot for that. Nurse, staf everyone has helped me a lot.

DR MAHARAJAN SIR, DR ELENGOVAN SIR. Are 2 peoples that i cant forget in my life. If ihave seen few doctor. But its difficult to see such a doctors

Overall a good experience.
I went to a hospital in Thrissur with kidney trouble and high blood sugar. The kidney doctor there didn't tell me anything and just asked me to take some 10 medicines, so I consulted the kidney doctor at Valluvanad Dr. Sriram. He was super helpful. He explained all my problems in detail and what all medication I should take. He also told me about what foods to avoid for kidney disease.

First time visit to this hospital.. It's bit old hospital.. But all things are fast there..

The Bill desk is really huge.. You can see 10 people sitting in a radius for bill collection /refund.

Refund is immediate in case of incorrect charges.. The Doc. Whom we went cancelled the fee at once knowing the patient was ex-inpatient last week

Banglore hospitals should see them and learn organized method of working. Doctors are kind and explanatory.

Doctor fee is 200-300.. Not sure if more costly fee is there.. Overall it's really good hospital

I had a wonderful experience from the OP and IP department of Valluvanad Hospital Ottapalam. Am writing this for my mother. She had some severe complications. We rushed to casualty. She got good treatment there and after that she got admitted on 13th January 2022. My mother (Padmavathi Amma) was very serious health problem and requiring urgent attention. Her age is above 80 and she had treated by Dr. Mohammed Shaheer MD, Medicine. He gave proper treatment and also explain every details. He's also gave us very nice counseling about our mother. Now we can see a wonder change in our mother's condition and he gave us a light of hope. He has good knowledge and very experienced. Will recommend everyone to please visit him if any health issues. There's no words to say about this doctor. We had received the best treatment from Shaheer Sir. We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the treatment. Thank you and God bless you sir. The entire team of the staff nurses are also very supportive.

We were worried about possibilty of cancer. After talking to Dr Vinayak we got a mental peace, he confirmed it with endoscopy , we are so impressed with his counseling and treatment. I am definitely suggesting his name for Ent issues

My father got admitted in Valluvanad hospital for ortho surgery under Dr Rohit, Ortho surgeon. He was very nice to us and explained all the details about his condition and surgery. He has good and friendly communication skill. Also in this pandemic situation we got review and got suggestions through phone also. The nursing department is also very friendly and caring.

I had a wonderful experience from the gynecology department of valluvanad hospital. Dr .Remya Raj was my gynecologist for my first delivery.I had some initial complications of subchorionic hematoma and low lying placenta.With the right advise of the doctor , I had a normal delivery without any complications at the last stage of pregnancy.Not only she has taken great care of my health,but also she spoke very friendly and explained everything very clearly.Much thanks to her timely and effective treatment.Highly recommended.

Valluvanad hospital has good doctors and fairly good facilities. The rooms could be better. On the 4th floor, bathrooms have a common wall with adjacent rooms with a gap on top making it a huge nuisance for both the rooms. Waiting rooms could be provided for bystanders who are waiting on their patients in ICU. Corridors outside ICUs become crowded with waiting bystanders making it at times difficult to even walk through that area. In our case, all these shortcomings were compensated by Dr. Rohit who performed my sister's surgery. A thorough professional, he explained the complete procedure, what to expect, what we need to do post surgery etc. He understands patients psychology very well I think. He is ever willing to visit the patient at all odd hours if requested, bring in specialists as needed and provide all possible assistance and guidance on medical matters like getting medicines from outside if not available in the hospital etc.
Nurses were also professional, helpful and kind.
Canteen food is good and the 24 hour cafe is also very good.

I've lately been to the hospital for a cardiology appointment. Everything was well-organised, didn't have to wait or queue. The cardiology team is amazing, the doctors & the nursing staff are quite understanding & supportive. Thank you

I would like to write about my experience at Valluvanad hospital, especially Dr Rohit. Doctor who spends time with patients and explains/shares each and every update on patient's illness (We rarely find this quality with the current generation of doctors). He makes you comfortable and the feeling you get that patient is in safe hands cannot be explained in words. The passion with which he explained about the knee replacement surgery post my mother's operation I could make out he loves his job. I recommend, Dr Rohit from Valluvanad for any of kind of knee related issue and I am not writing just as a review but from my own personal experience. My mother who was suffering due to acute knee pain and post surgery by Dr Rohit after 3 months is back to normal life.
Would also like to write about the hospital, the room facility could be comparable to big hospitals at metro cities. I recommend the management to appoint more doctors like Dr Rohit and Valluvanad will be one of the sought after hospitals in the country, without advertising or any other marketing.

One of the best hospitals in Palakkad. Dr.Divakaran - Cardiologist; Dr. Maharajan - Nephrologist; Dr. Muhammed Niaz - Neurologist, Dr. Sajan - Vascular Surgeon, Dr. Elangovan, Dr.Rajeev. Caring and supportive staffs. There is always scope for improvement in rendering services.

One of the best hospitals in palakkad district. Doctors are very efficient. Emergency cases are well attended by the Casualty department. I took my grandmother there and i am really impressed by the prompt response and attention given to her by the Casualty dep staff I highly recommend this hospital

Shows Great improvement ; visited hotel after long time found lot of changes - cleanliness , time to time follow up on patient health , prompt response on causality . Good care and friendly staff . Only to improvement on billing - not accepting any cards ! Only cash .
