We have been associated with Pradeep and his team for last three years or so. So far we have always experienced an exceptional treatment whenever we have engaged him during our visit to Kerala. Last time we requested transport arrangements including a Volvo bus for a marriage function at a short notice from Trivandrum to Palakkad. Not only we were briefed about the vehicle, but they also made sure that the bus was adequately loaded with Water, Juice and snacks for the long journey.
Last week, my aged Sr. citizen parents happened to be in Palakkad. They were picked up on time and the chauffeur also ensured that they had a good trip en route to Kottayam with a stop over for a darshan at Guruvayur & Mamiyur temple. The stay arrangements were also c taken care of. Their cab experience from Palakkad to Kottayam was very good. The journey was comfortable, and the cab was clean and well-maintained. The chauffeur was punctual and courteous, which added to the pleasant experience. The road conditions were decent, and the driver was able to navigate them skillfully. They reached the destination in a timely manner, and always felt safe throughout the journey.
I wish to add the personal attention given by Pradeep who was tracking and in constant touch to ensure my parents reached their destination safely.
Considering the convenience, care, safety, service quality and personalized attention, I found the associated cost very reasonable. I recommend their services for a hassle-free safe trip within Kerala at a reasonable cost.
