I bought an Ignis Alpha AGS. The customer dealing and their patience in dealing was outstanding. My time to take the delivery was after 6:30PM. Wow!!! Team Sarathy Cars are really awesome. Right from the enquiry till the Registration number plate fitting.... these guys did everything proactively, giving attention to every little aspect that affect a car buyer... The wow experience that I ever had with any Car or Two Wheeler dealerships till date.. When I say they care for every minutest aspect ... I mean it.
"I took delivery of my Cute Jimny under the care of Team Sarathy .It was a cloudy day !!! As a customer I never expected a customer care executive and GM of dealership will go that extra mile... even to get the temporary number plate fixed with proper screw rather than the regular double-side tape to prevent it from peeling off in rain !!!! Needless to mention the validation calls to prevent any sort of error or even a spelling mistake in documentation ... You guys have set a benchmark!!!!
