Hotel Rama Trident

Stayed with them for two nights and was wonderful staying there. The hotel itself is very cosy with great rooms, good service. The employees were very courteous and the manager was gem of a person. One of the family in our group fell sick and were supported by the hotel.
We availed free drop to tarakote which was actually suggested by the manager for being much cleaner, calmer route. We also availed their locker facility.
All in all perfect place to stay in Katra.

Decent rooms. The staff is also good. The food in their restaurant is awesome even without onion garlic. We were out from 6 pm and came back at 3 am. They still provided us dinner at 3 am. They also provided a welcome drink when we arrived. And their welcome drink "kashmiri kawa" is just on another level...... Everyone must try it.

The location is very good. Bus stand & Railway station is quite near. Rooms are clean with almost all facilities available. Wifi speed was good. Food is good and staffs are very decent. My overall rating is super satisfactory. Stayed from 5th and 6th February 2024

Rama Trident for me is like a second home and the staff there is like family to me. Every person, right from security guard to bell boy to front office staff to room service staff to house-keeping to the Manager are all very polite, helpful and would out of the way to help you. If I have to make a hotel reservation in Katra, it is always Rama Trident....it offers the best services and has very affordable tariff plans, the rooms are quite big and very neat and clean. I travel solo, this place is absolutely safe, the location is also convenient with Katra Market, bus stand in close vicinity.

I stayed for one night at Rama Trident hotel with my family, and it was a very comfortable stay. The hotel was not too far from the main market and easily walkable. The rooms were decently sized, with all amenities. We were also provided complimentary drop-off to the katra helipad at 6 am in the morning, which was really appreciable. The staff was very welcoming and courteous.
The food is of great quality and the staff even went out of their way and prepared customized meal for my mother who was fasting during our stay there. I would definitely come back again.

Buffet breakfast is good 400/- each , not included in hotel tariff. Kindly do booking from hotel website. They r particular about check in time.

The Hotel is too good for stay at Katra, near to bus stand and railway.. rooms are too good and service are excellent... They provice quick response and address the issue perfectly.. will prefer to stay here if coming to katra next time

The location is good, near the main market. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Service is polite and attentive.
We had a comfortable stay. They provide tea throughout the night.
Transfer to Banganga is complimentary one way.

I stayed here with my family for 3 nights.We enjoyed our stay there so much, and I hope to return here. The location is perfect, our family room (for four)was very nice and lovely and we had a balcony with a wonderful view. The staff is wonderfully patient and helpful, the food here was good whatever we ordered we were very satisfied by the taste. Wish I could stayed here longer.

It was the best ever experience in Katra.
Hotel provided everything we needed. Location of Hotel is very good, staff is very cordial and cooperative. We were 7 people and hotel provided us 2 customised rooms (4+3). Rooms were neat, clean and airy . Best part of the property is that all the rooms were well lit and very spacious. Green area in the hotel is also appreciable.Wash rooms were also neat and clean and with enough toiletries. Special thanks to Mr.Raj, the owner, for his personal attention and hospitality.

A very fine place to stay. Located nearby the Mata Vaishno Devi Mandir. Staffs are polite and food was good.
